混合动力城市客车动力系统研究

【摘要】 能源和环境的双重压力使得电动汽车迎来了发展的高潮。在蓄电池及其它能源装置尚不能完全取代传统的内燃机时,混合动力电动汽车(HEV)作为一种目前最佳解决方案,很好的解决了车辆的燃油经济性和排放性能。然而,目前国内混合动力还是很没产业化,究其原因有很多,成本高和经济性没有达到预期的效果是最重要的一点。而丰田公司提出混联式pruis车节油45%,所以混联式混合动力城市客车的研制是很有必要的。 作为混联式混合动力最受关注的是其结构的复杂性,动力部件的耦合,及其复杂的控制策略。本文主要提出了基于耦合变速器式的混联式的动力系统,并在典型工况下,用matlab/simulink下开发的advisor仿真软件对混联式混合动力电动客车的动力系统匹配及性能仿真。 本文着重的分析了三种混合动力的特点,并进行了性能对比研究;分析了目前混合动力电动汽车技术现状和发展趋势,及影响混合动力产业化的因素。 在结构布置方面,本文提出了两种布置结构,两种都采用了齿轮式离合器对动力系统耦合。其中耦合变速器式的混联式混合动力方案中,耦合变速器的设计是本文的重点之一,包括方案中各动力系统的布置、各齿轮传动比的设计。 在动力系统匹配方面,通过对典型工况的分析,车速、功率需求、扭矩分布规律等,在advisor中对混联式混合动力系统进行匹配、优化;以保证各动力部件大部分时间运行在最佳工作状态下,提高系统的工作效率,以便有良好的经济性能。并对advisor进行二次开发和耦合变速器模型的开发。 在控制策略方面,不同的控制策略,不同的仿真结果。在充分研究文献已有的控制策略的基础上,本文对串联式和混联式常用的控制策略进行了分析,最后找出最优的控制策略进行仿真。 经仿真结果表明,这种新设计的混联式混合动力电动车的经济性将得到很大的改善,能够大大地延长石油的使用年限。同时本文对于研究和开发混合动力电动汽车具有一定的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Electric Vehicle (EV) is now undergoing a development apex under the pressure of energy resource and environment preservation issues.Before battery and other energy devices can not take place internal-combustion engine completely, hybrid power system becomes the best choice. It can improve the economics and emission of vehicle. There are lots of reasons that hybrid power system can not industrialize at present.and the main reason is the contradiction between the high cost and economics enhanced.However ,it is declared the pruis can enhance 45 percent in economics.So it is necessary to research and manufacture Parallel Series Hybrid Electric Vehicle.It is attented that the shining points of HEV are its complex configuration 、 power system combination and control strategy.The power system of PSHEV based on double clutch has been talked about . The power system of PSHEV is simulated and matched based on advisor which is empoldered on matlab/simulink modeling environment.The characteristics of three Hybrid power are analysed and compared .State-of -art and development current of hybrid vehicle for China are analysed in the following article. The ingredients that prevent industrialization are also analysed.There are two schemes about configuration which are all using gear clutch , and coupling equipment is very important , involving the disposal of power system and transmission ratio.About matching of Power System, by studying the rules of vehicle driving cycle including speed、 demand of power、 and demand of energy etc. Matching and optimization of power system are done in advisor software so that every part is all running efficiency. ADVISOR is redeveloped and the model of coupling equipment is empoldered.About control strategy, different control strategy;different result of simulation. Control strategy is analysed by study those are described in some paper.and a suitable control strategy is found.The novel designs shows improving the economics can be improved to a great extent by developing this kind of PSHEV , and can prolong the use of fuel . Meawhile this paper provides certain applicational value of HEV development.
