聚丙烯纤维混凝土的力学性能及其在水渠中的应用

【摘要】 聚丙烯纤维混凝土作为一种新型的建筑材料与普通混凝土相比有很多优点。就目前,从聚丙烯纤维混凝土在工程中的应用实践看,聚丙烯纤维主要是作为抗裂手段得以大面积推广应用在工业与建筑工程中。要使聚丙烯纤维得到更加广泛的应用,应具体研究聚丙烯纤维对混凝土韧性、耐久性、抗冲击等各项力学性能的影响。 水渠中,混凝土的开裂问题一直是个难以解决的问题。因此,有必要引入新型材料并加以分析,然后进行有针对性的结构设计。 本文从普通混凝土入手,研究了不同掺加量的聚丙烯纤维对混凝土的弹性模量和抗拉强度的影响,进而将其应用于水利工程中。同时,在分析水渠的受力过程中,引入边界层和绕流阻力的概念,将动力问题转换为等效的静力问题。在用ANSYS进行有限元分析的时候,着重分析了受拉区部分节点的受力情况,得到其应力图,最后进行了总结。具体内容如下: (1)对前人的研究成果进行了综述,介绍了聚丙烯纤维混凝土的材料组成及性能、增强机理和强度的技术分析; (2)在分析流水的作用效果时,引入边界层和绕流阻力的概念,考虑垂直于流速方向的水流对底板和坡板的作用效果; (3)采用大型有限元软件ANSYS,建立二维有限元模型,模拟在静水压力和动水作用下,一般混凝土和聚丙烯纤维混凝土水渠的应力应变曲线,并将结果进行比较,得出聚丙烯纤维混凝土的性能优点; (4)通过改变纤维的掺加量,分析水渠受拉区部分节点的拉应力变化值,从而分析纤维的掺加量对混凝土抗裂性能的影响,达到防裂、抗渗的目的,为实际工程奠定理论基础。
【Abstract】 Polypropylene fibrous concrete have a lot of advantages compared with ordinary concrete as a new kind of construction material. At present, by the look of fibrous concrete application practice in the project of polypropylene, polypropylene fiber as resist, split means can popularize , apply industry and construction work to by a large scale mainly. To make polypropylene fiber get extensive application, we should research polypropylene fiber to concrete toughness, durability, resist every mechanics influence of performance of striking etc...In the ditch, the fracture problem of the concrete has been a problem difficult to solve all the time. So, it is necessary to enter the new materials and analyze, then have structural design directed against it.This text based on the ordinary concrete, has studied with mixing and adding the fibrous impact on the elastic ratio of the concrete and tensile strength of polypropylene of quantity, and then apply it to hydraulic works, at the same time, in the course of analyzing the strength of receiving of the ditch, introduced to the boundary layer and the concept of resistance moves round to flow, change the dynamic question into the static question. In carry on finite element analysis, emphatically analyze part tensile region nodal with ANSYS, summarize finally. The concrete content is as follows:(1) Research results in forefathers carry on survey, recommend polypropylene fibrous material make up and performance;strengthen mechanism and technological analysis of intensity of concrete;(2) Introduced to the boundary layer and the concept of resistance moves round to flow while analyzing the function result of the flowing water, consider , perpendicular to velocity of flow rivers of direction to base plate and slope function result of board;(3) Use the software ANSYS to sets up two-dimensional finite element model, simulate stress-strain curve under hydrostatic pressure and flowing pressure, and compare the result ,obtain the performance advantage of the fibrous concrete ofpolypropylene;(4) Through changing mixing capacity of fiber, analyze the stress change of ditch part tensile nodal, and analyze the result who add resist , split influence of performance to concrete fibrous, achieve the goal of defending splitting, establish the theoretical foundation for the actual project.
