开关磁阻电机驱动系统设计

【摘要】 开关磁阻电机调速系统是一种新型电机调速系统,其结构简单,成本低,调速性能优异,是传统交、直流电机调速系统的强有力竞争者,是各国电气传动领域开发和研究的热点之一。目前己在多个工业部门得到应用,被国际电动车科技界誉为21世纪适用于电动车辆最有发展潜力的一种电力驱动系统。 论文以研究开关磁阻电机智能化控制及设计控制系统为主题展开理论和应用研究。通过分析SR电机的基本结构和运行与控制特性,与常用控制方法的比较,探讨了一种以DSP控制器为核心组成调速控制系统的设计方案。方案以TI公司的TMS320LF2407芯片为控制核心,采用PWM控制方式,低速时电流斩波,高速电压PWM控制的双闭环调速系统的控制策略。利用DSP内部丰富的集成电路大大减少控制系统外围电路所需的元器件。功率变换器的设计遵循结构匹配、效率高、控制方便的原则,在比较了多种功率变换器的结构优缺点的基础上,采用了一种主开关器件最少的方案,使得设计成本低、控制简单、安全可靠。 系统软件设计采用模块化编程的方法,增强了程序的可读性和易操作性。 由于开关磁阻电动机调速系统的严重非线性,速度环调节器采用自整定模糊PI控制算法,仿真结果表明模糊PI比常规PID控制更适合于本系统,满足调速要求响应快,稳态精度高的要求。
【Abstract】 The switched Reluctance Drive system is a new motor drive system. It has many good features, for example, simple structure, low cost and excellent driving performance. It’s the strongest competitor to traditional AC and DC drive system, so it has powerful future. .It has been used in several industry departments and has a nicer future. It is recognized as the most potential development in the field of dynamoelectric vehicle driving by international dynamoelectric vehicle science and technology organization.Dissertation explains the theory and characters of switched reluctance motor, and recommends the basic structure of SRD system and its features, and then designed a drive control system based on DSP controller. The system uses the TMS320LF2407 of Ti Company as the main control unit and composed of two closed loop, adopts PWM controlling mode, low speed adopts CCC, high speed adopts voltage PWM as the controlling strategy. The system need less component by use the DSP chip, but has better stabilization and efficiency. Compared with several power converters, a kind of least main switch-components structure is put forward. This structure has several advantages such as low cost, simple control strategy and more safety.The software of system is programmed. The modular program can make the program readable and modifiable.Because nonlinearity exist in its magnetic circuit of SRM, the speed loop uses adaptive fuzzy PI intelligent control strategy, the simulation result indicate that the system performs satisfactorily in speed regulation and controlling behavior. This kind of controller is superior to the conventional PID.
