【摘要】 近现代工业的飞速发展,科学技术的进步促使印刷行业也取得了巨大的进步。套色印刷越来越多的用在印刷行业,对套色印刷的精度要求也越来越高,因此对套色印刷系统进行机器视频监控是非常有必要的。 目前市场上的套色监控系统多是基于PC机和视频采集卡结合的方式,不仅成本高,视频前端也比较复杂,系统稳定性也不高。 本文针对传统套色视频监控系统的不足,研究了基于DSP+CPLD方案的脱机套色视频监控系统。这种监控系统以其良好的检测准确性、图像采集和处理的实时性、操作系统的稳定性、简单易操作的界面等优点得到了广泛的应用。 本文针对一种实际的套色监控系统,首先介绍套色监控系统的特点和视频信号的扫描方式和传播制式,然后给出套色视频监控系统的整体硬件方案和软件流程。 套色视频监控系统可分为三个基本模块:视频信号采集转换模块、视频图像处理模块和视频图像显示模块。本文从这三个模块的工作过程出发,详细分析视频信号转换模块的基本特点和采集图像的工作时序,给出了视频信号采集和格式转换的硬件电路。本文重点分析利用乒乓缓存结构来存储视频图像的缓存电路,分析用CPLD来控制图像采集和缓存图像的过程,详细描述了CPLD和DSP的总线切换过程;针对视频信号处理模块中DSP芯片片内资源的不足,使用扩展方法来满足系统的需求,给出了片外扩展的方案;而在视频图像的显示模块中,描述了系统的键盘控制和LCD显示的电路设计。论文最后,还对套色视频监控系统的扩展功能进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Folllowing with the rapid development of modern industry, science and technology tremendous progress has been made in the printing industry. Trapping prining is increasingly used in the printing industry. The accuracy of trapping printing should increasingly be high in order to meet the requirement of the publication, so it is necessary to monitor the trapping printing system. At present video monitor system of trapping printing on the market is system which is based on PC and video cards in the collection. The system is not only expensive but also more complicated and it is not very steady. In order to avoid these shortages, a new monitor system which is based on the DSP+CPLD is offered. It is becoming more and more popular with its good detection accuracy and real-time processing and easy operation.According to a certain trapping monitor system, three video format are introduced. System hardware is afforded and system software is analyzed. The video monitor of trapping system can be divided into three main modules. First module is the signal conversion module. Video signal conversion chip SAA7111 is introduced and control and configuration of this chip is described. Hardware interface between this chip and CPLD then be showed. How to store the high speed video signal is also showed. At last the configuration of the CPLD is given.The second module of trapping monitor system is the image processing module. In order to meet the need of the system the expanding circuit of the DSP is affored, The third module is the display module. This module includes two main chips, one is the keyboard control chip and another is the LCD driver chip. The detailed circuit is analyzed.
