纤维铺放机构的研究与运动分析

【摘要】 树脂基复合材料具有很高的强量重量比,好的抗腐蚀、抗冲击性能等,所以在航空、航天工业等一些尖端技术中,树脂基复合材料已经逐渐被广泛的应用。 纤维缠绕增强塑料制品除了具有以上的优点外,还具有可靠性高、生产效率高、材料成本低等更为突出的特点。尽管如此,纤维缠绕工艺也有它的局限性。例如,当芯模表面存在凹面时,纤维就会架空;当芯模上存在较大面积的平面时,如箱体零件,在平面部分纤维的压紧力很小或几乎没有,而棱角部分的压紧力却非常大,这就导致部件的不同部分壁厚不均。 正是上述纤维缠绕工艺本身不可克服的缺点促使铺放技术的产生。铺放就是通过使用压紧辊按照一定规律把纤维束直接压在芯模表面上。通常铺放头具有送料和剪切的功能,它可以根据需要在适当的地方减少或增加纤维的数量。这样不仅可以沿着弧形的路径铺放,而且可以大大节约原材料。 本文设计了一台纤维铺放机的原理样机。铺放机上的各个运动轴都在微机控制下协同运动。这样铺放机可以控制铺放头到达空间的任意位置进行铺放。在铺放头内有一套加料/剪切机构,它可以同时将6股纤维束铺放到芯模的表面,而且可以单独控制每一股纤维束的输送和剪切。同时铺放头还具有在铺放的同时将预浸胶纤维束加热的功能。 本文同时将所设计的纤维铺放机在Pro/Engineer中建立三维模型,对纤维铺放机的内部机构运动进行仿真,并对部分组件进行了结构分析。

【Abstract】 Due to epoxy composite’s high specific strength and stiffness, high specific modulus, excellent fatigue and resistance to corrosion, they were successfully introduced and now widely used for military industry, aerospace, chemical industry, etc.Fiber reinforcement plastics have some other exceptional performance except for above, for example the higher reliability and efficiency, the lower cost for material. Despite this and other advantages, a number of problems or limitations are presented by current filament winding techniques. For example, one problem is fibers will span the concave surface. This is because no means are provided to press or compact the fibers directly into the concave area. The lack of direct compaction pressure also creates new problems in the winding of box-shaped parts. The fibers are laid down on the flat sides of the box with little or no compaction whereas the corners of the box are highly compacted. The box-shaped part is thus unevenly compacted by filament winding machines, and has a thinner wall thickness around the corners than the sides.These problems or limitations in filament winding techniques make people invent the placements techniques. Placement techniques is place the fibers or tape on the surface of tool in accordance with some regulations, through directly compaction pressure provided by compaction roller. Generally, the placement head has apparatus for individually cutting and restarting one or more of the tows. The ability to selectively cut or restart individual tows within the fiber band, can not only lay down the tows in an arcuate path, but save a lot of material.This paper designed a fiber placement machine whose axis movements are CNC. Therefore, the placement machine can control the placement head to place fiber in any position. There is a set of cut/restart mechanism in the placement head. It can place 6 tows on the model at the same time, and individually cut and restart one or more of the tows. Also, the fiber tows can be heated in placement head.In this paper we set up the 3D model of the filament placement machine’s parts, and realize the part of parameter design and assemble. Additionally, we analysis and optimize the key parts of the machine based on Pro/Mechanica and simulate the place process based on the model we designed by Pro/Engineer.
