电机新技术在汽车中的应用研究

【摘要】 现代豪华汽车使用电机的种类多,数量大,达到80多个,大量使用汽车电机,不仅能提高汽车电子化、自动化的程度,而且还可以使汽车轻量化、智能化,提高了汽车的现代化的水平,所以开发电机新技术是很有必要的。本文主要是对目前汽车电机及电机新技术在汽车上的理论研究和实际应用方面进行了探讨。 本文主要是对传统电机和新型电机在汽车上的应用进行研究。现代汽车上的传统电机主要是直流电机、交流电机、永磁同步电机和开关磁阻电机。汽车上的电机大都作为执行器,所以大部分为直流电机;而在汽车上使用的交流电机一般为发电机;电动汽车是21世纪汽车发展的代表方向,而电动汽车的一个非常重要的关键技术就是电机的控制问题,在电动汽车上一般使用永磁同步电机和开关磁阻电机。在汽车上应用的新型电机主要是超声波电机和超导电机。超声波电机是近二十年来发展起来的一种新型电机,它突破了传统电机的概念,没有电磁绕组和磁路,不用电磁相互作用来转换能量,体积小、重量轻、转换效率高,很小、很轻、很薄,在汽车上已经开始使用;超导电机的使用目前还处在实验阶段,这主要的原因是超导材料还没有实现高温化,但是,随着技术的发展,超导电机可能使用在汽车的起动机和驱动电机这些大马力上,使原有的电机体积更小,重量更轻,效率更高。本文最后讨论了CAN总线在汽车上的使用,即将汽车上的各种电机用CAN总线进行连接,使得电机的控制更加简单方便。 对电机新技术在汽车上的应用性研究,不仅可以促使电机在汽车上更有效、更合理、更全面的使用,而且为新型电机在汽车上的有效使用展开了一条新的领域,并使新型电机取代传统汽车电机而具有积极意义。
【Abstract】 The luxurious automobile uses many categories of the electrical motor, the quantity is more than 80. A massive usage of automobile electrical motor not only can enhance the degree of electrification and the automation of automobile, but also can make automobile reducing in weight, and make them become high intelligent, moreover, it can raise the modern level of the automobile. So research in motor is very necessary. This article is mainly to study on the study with actual applied aspect and in the theories on the automobile for the automobile electrical motor and its new technique. This article is mainly to research the application of traditional and the new electrical motor on automobile. The traditional motor on the modern automobile is mainly the direct current motor(DCM), the alternating current motor (ACM) , the permanent magnetism synchronous motor (PMSM) and the switch magnetic resistance motor (SRM) . The electrical motor on the automobile mostly takes as the operator, therefore majority motor on automobile is the direct current motor. But the ACM which uses on the automobile is generally the generator. The development of electric automobile represent the direction which 21st century automobiles develops. And one extremely important essential technology in the electric automobile is the control problem of electrical motor. On electric automobile we usually use permanent magnetism synchronous motor and switch magnetic resistance electrical motor. And the new electrical motor used on the automobile is mainly the ultrasonic wave electrical motor (USM)and the superconductivity electrical motor (SM). The USM is a kind of new electrical motor which develops in recent 20 years, it broke through the traditional concept of electrical motor. It didn’t have the electromagnetism winding and the magnetic circuit, and it didn’t uses the mutually electromagnetism to transform the energy, moreover, the volume of electrical motor is small, the weight is light, the transfer efficiency is high. For it was so small, so light, and so thin, it have begun to use on automobile. But the usage of superconductivity electrical motor is still in the experimental stage at present. The main reason is that the super conductivity material has not realized the high temperature, but with the development of technical, the possibly uses of superconductivity electrical motor in the big horsepower like automobile generator and on actuation electrical motor causes the electrical machinery to be smaller in volume, lighter in weight, and higher in efficiency. This article finally discussed the application of CAN main line on automobile. It connects all kinds ofelectrical motor on automobile with the CAN main line, which makes the control of electrical motor become simpler and more convenient.The research in the application of new technology of electrical motor on automobile not only could urge the electrical motor to be more effective, more reasonable and more overall usage on automobile, but also launched a new domain for the effective use of new electrical motor on automobile, and it make more positive significance that the new electrical motor substitutes tradition electrical motor.
