气门产品工艺决策技术研究

【摘要】 智能化工艺设计技术是当前人们关注的热点技术之一。国内外专家学者做了大量的研究,但完善的CAPP系统还没有发现。本文针对当前工艺设计及CAPP系统研制中存在的问题,开展了气门产品CAPP系统工艺决策技术的研究,并结合气门产品开发了WHUT-CAPP系统。本文的主要研究内容包括: (1) 以气门为研究对象,以湖北三环气门有限公司为应用背景,描述了气门的特点和分类,并对特征进行了详细的描述,包括特征的定义、分类以及特征间的关系,建立了零件的特征模型,最后以TU5JP4排气门为例,建立了TU5JP4排气门的特征实例。 (2) 对零件的分类编码系统进行了详细的描述,针对OPITZ零件分类编码系统、KK-3零件分类编码系统、JLBM-1零件分类编码系统在CAPP应用中的不足,提出了面向回转类零件的PowerCode分类编码的结构、组成等。同时开发了该系统,对气门进行了编码。 (3) 基于零件特征的工艺相似性判定的主要技术路线就是先建立基于数据库的零件特征信息模型。在零件信息模型的基础上,建立可行并实用的相似性判定模型,以实现工艺相似性的判定。本文给出了气门相似性检索的算法,并举例说明了它在CAPP中的应用 (4) 基于实例的工艺决策方法(Case Based Process Planning,CBPP)是CAPP中的重要内容,其基本思想是利用已解决的问题的结果求解新问题,是基于实例的推理(Case Based Reasoning,CBR)方法在CAPP中的应用和发展。本文论述了CBR在CAPP中应用,提出了基于实例推理的气门工艺决策,研究了实例修正及实例知识获取模型。举例说明了气门工艺决策的运行实例。

【Abstract】 Intelligent process planning technology is one of the hot technologies to which much attention is paid at the current time. The applicable CAPP system has not been found yet although plentiful research has been done by experts from home and abroad. The paper is intended to have a deeper study of valve product CAPP system process decision technology and develop WHUT-CAPP system incorporating valve products focusing on the problems existed in the research and development of process planning and CAPP system. The scope of the research covers:(1) The study is based on Hubei tri-ring limited company as its application background and valve is the object of the study. The characteristics and classification of valve are described and the detailed descriptions of features are provided including the definition classification and relationships between features in the paper. Feature model of parts is also established. And finally the illustrative examples of the valve features are given according to the example of TU5JP4 valve.(2) Basic on a detailed description of part classified codification system paper presents power code classified codification’s structure, composition and so on in view of OPITZ. JLBM-1 part classified codification system’s insufficiency in the application of CAPP. Meanwhile the paper develops the system and carries on code to the valve.(3) The main technology methodology based on process similarity is to establish parts feature model based on database. On the basis of parts feature model, the applicable and practical analogy process similarity is developed to realize. The paper proposes a method of calculation of valves similarity research and illustrates its application in CAPP by giving examples.(4)The process decision method based on cases. Case Based process Planning, CBPP is the main contents of CAPP. Whose basis theme is solving newly-existed problem is by the results of the solved problems. It is based on the method of Case Based reasoning which has been developed and applied in CAPP. The paper deals with the application of CBR in CAPP. Valves process decision based on Cases and studies. Illustrative examples are included to demonstrate the valve process tragedy.
