铌酸钠基压电陶瓷及其织构化研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了当前无铅压电陶瓷的研究现状,并从三个方面阐述了铌酸钠基无铅压电陶瓷的研究:(1)采用传统固相烧结法来制备具有一定实用价值的无铅压电陶瓷。论文中阐述了SrTiO3,BaTiO3,VzO5,La2O3以及多种稀土元素的掺杂对化学组成为(K0.44Na0.52Li0.04)(Nb0.84Ta0.10Sb0.06)O3的压电陶瓷性能的影响,同时讨论了烧结温度以及保温时间等烧结工艺对该体系性能的影响;(2)采用熔盐法制备NaNbO3子晶材料。NaNbO3子晶材料采用两步熔盐法(MSS),在第一步熔盐法中可以制备出NaNbO3子晶材料的前驱体—Bi2.5Na3.5Nb5O18(BiNN5),在第二步熔盐法中通过前驱体BiNN5制备出NaNbO3子晶材料。论文中重点讨论了烧结温度、保温时间以及熔盐的量对BiNN5以及NaNbO3子晶材料性能的影响;(3)应用RTGG(反应模板晶粒生长法)采用不同的模板材料制备化学组成为(K0.44Na0.52Li0.04)(Nb0.84Ta0.10Sb0.06)O3的织构型压电陶瓷。对于采用固相烧结法制备无铅压电陶瓷,实验结果表明,SrTiO3的掺杂能显著提高该体系的压电性能以及介电性能,BaTiO3的掺杂对性能的影响不明显,V2O5以及La2O3的掺杂会降低该体系的压电性能;对于采用熔盐法制备的子晶材料,实验结果同时表明,1130℃保温3小时制备的BiNN5性能较优,950℃保温6小时制备的NaNbO3子晶的性能较优;对于采用RTGG制备织构型的铌酸钠钾系无铅压电陶瓷,实验结果表明,陶瓷织构化以后压电性能得到显著的提高。
【Abstract】 This paper have introduced the status of the research on the lead free piezoelectric ceramics, and interpreted the sodium niobate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics from three aspects: firstly, potassium sodium niobate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics suitable for practical use were fabricated;The influence of the addition of SrTiO3, BaTiO3, V2O5, La2O3 and many sorts of thulium on the material of (K0.44Na0.52Li0.04) (Nb0.84Ta0.10Sb0.06) O3 has been discussed;What’s more, the influence of temperature and dwell time on this kind of material also has been discussed. Secondly, the plate-like NaNbO3 templates have been synthesized by two step molten salt synthesis (MSS) process. In the first step MSS process, the plate-like Bi2.5Na3.5Nb5O18(BiNN5 )particles were fabricated;In the second step MSS process, using the BiNN5 as the processor, the plate-like NaNbO3 templates could be synthesized. This paper paid more attention to discusse the influence of temperature, dwell time and the amount of salt on the properties of BiNN5 and NaNbO3 templates. Thirdly, the fabrication of textured potassium sodium niobate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics using RTGG method has also been discussed in this paper. The influence of different templates and different dwell time on the properties of textured potassium sodium niobate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have been discussed. As for the conventional solid synthesis, the result shows that the addition of SrTiO3 can increases the piezoelectric and dielectric properties. The doping of BaTiO3 has little impact on this kind of material. The doping of V2O5 and La2O3 will impair the piezoelectric properties. As far as the fabrication of template is concerned, the result shows that the samples fabricated at 1130℃ for 3 h as for BiNN5 and the samples fabricated at 950℃ for 6 as for NaNbO3 preserves better properties. As for the textured potassium sodium niobate lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, the result shows that the piezoelectric properties of this kind of material increases much after being textured.
