汽车曲轴圆角冷滚压钳口压力波动分析及研究

【摘要】 汽车发动机曲轴是汽车动力装置的核心零件之一,其制造质量要求很高。发动机工作时,每一个工作行程都存在很大交变载荷通过活塞、连杆组件作用其上,使其承受反复的冲击载荷。这些交变载荷在曲轴的各个部位产生弯曲、扭转等复杂的交变应力,极易在存在应力集中的圆角处产生疲劳断裂,通常采取强化措施加以解决。通过对曲轴进行圆角滚压强化,不仅可以改善曲轴性能,提高抗疲劳变形能力,还具有成本低、效率高和强化效果显著的优点。因此曲轴圆角滚压工艺、设备及其相关技术的研究已成为当前发展汽车工业特别是轿车工业必不可少的关键技术之一。 本文建立了钳口部分的运动学及动力学简化模型,并运用钳口部分的简化模型,建立了模型的运动学及动力学方程,求解出了钳口处由于夹钳的惯性力产生的压力波动的具体情况。为今后采用液压控制阀对钳口压力实行提前的调节,以精确的控制钳口压力,使钳口压力平均,曲轴颈上的残余应力平均,以提高滚压加工质量。建立了曲轴圆角滚压强化的当量圆柱力学模型,推导了曲轴和滚压刀具结构参数、滚压刀具配置情况以及材料性能参数的极限滚压载荷的计算公式,提出了曲轴滚压强化的加载原则和极限滚压载荷的确定方法。为曲轴圆角滚压工艺参数的合理确定提供了依据,有助于改善和避免单纯试验选参法所具有的局限性和盲目性。

【Abstract】 The motor car engine crank is one of automobile power unit core components, Its manufacture quality requirement is very high. When the engine works, Each power stroke all has the very big alternating load through the piston, above the connecting rod module function, Causes its withstanding repeatedly impact load. These alternating loads make the reverse curving in crank each spot and so on the complex alternate stresses, Extremely easily has the endurance failure in the existence stress concentration fillet place, Usually takes the strengthened measure to perform to solve. Through carries on the fillet to the crank to rolling the strengthenfng, Not only may improve the crank performance, Sharpens the anti- weary distortion ability, Also has the cost low, the efficiency is high and the strengthened effect remarkable merit. Therefore the crank fillet rollings the craft, the equipment and its the correlation technology research has become the current development automobile industry is one of specially passenger vehicle industry essential essential technologies.This article has established the mouth of the tongs partial kinematics and dynamics simplification model, and using the mouth of the tongs partial simplifications model, has established the model kinematics and the dynamic equation, solved the mouth of the tongs place because the clamp resulted in the force of inertia to have the fluctuation of pressure special details. Will use the hydraulic control valve mouth of the tongs pressure implementation ahead of time adjustment for us, will be precise the control mouth of the tongs pressure, by will cause the mouth of the tongs pressure average, will cause on the main journal the remaining stress average, by will enhance rollings the processing quality. Established the crank fillet to rolling strengthened the equivalent column mechanics model, inferred has calculated the crank and rollingsthe cutting tool design parameter, rollings the cutting tool disposition situation as well as the material performance parameter limit rollings the load the formula, proposed the crank rollinged strengthened the increase principle and the limit rollings the load the definite method. Rollinged the craft parameter for the crank fillet the reasonable determination to provide the basis, was helpful in improving and avoids purely experimenting chooses the limitation and blindness which the senate law had.
