【摘要】 随着全球经济技术的发展和Internet的普及,企业的通信需求已经趋向多元化。传统PBX已经难以适应现代企业的发展模式和增长需要,而IPPBX符合下一代网络融合的趋势,可以满足现代企业的通信要求,它正逐步取代传统PBX,成为当今最重要的企业级通信平台解决方案。 软交换是NGN的核心技术,它的概念正是起源于IPPBX。软交换的概念最早起源于美国企业网应用。如今,以软交换为核心的NGN已经席卷全球,NGN时代正式到来。NGN和软交换相关技术的发展和国际化标准的推出,对IPPBX的发展起到了巨大的推动和促进作用。如果说NGN正力图实现全网IP化的大融合,那么IPPBX则正在实现企业级的融合。 通过对NGN、软交换和IPPBX技术的研究,本课题提出了一个基于NGN架构的IPPBX系统的组网方案。这是一个纯IP的解决方案,系统采用了开放的架构,对传统PSTN和传统PBX同样支持。 课题对IPPBX系统各功能组件及基本功能的实现进行了详细设计。作者参与了本IPPBX系统的基本语音呼叫的设计和实现,主要完成呼叫控制器的语音业务处理模块功能的实现。基本语音呼叫流程设计基于MGCP协议和SIP协议,包括本局呼叫流程和出入局呼叫流程。呼叫控制器具有许多功能模块,其中,完成基本语音呼叫功能的是外部接口模块和语音业务处理模块。而语音业务处理模块又基于Q931协议划分了User Side和Call Center两个子模块。本文对媒体网关功能,传真和多媒体业务的实现技术也进行了简要的介绍。 本IPPBX系统总体方案、功能组件以及基本语音呼叫功能的设计和实现,已经通过了实践检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularization of Internet and the development of global economy and technology, Enterprise’s communication requirement tends to be diversified. It has been already hard for traditional PBX to meet the development mode and growth need of modern enterprises and IP PBX accords with the converging trend of NGN and can meet the communication requirements of modern enterprises. IP PBX is replacing traditional PBX and becoming the most important enterprise communication solution.Softswitch is the core technology of NGN, whose concept is just originated from IP PBX. The idea of Softswitch stems from the application of American corporate network first. Nowadays, the era of NGN has come formally with NGN technology sweeping across the whole world. The development of NGN and Softswitch technology and the drawing up of relative international standards has enormously improved IP PBX technology. If NGN is realizing the convergence of a whole IP network, then IP PBX is realizing the convergence of enterprise layer network.On foundation of research on NGN, Softswitch and IP PBX, an organization scheme of the network for IP PBX system based on NGN is proposed in this project. This is a solution of pure IP, but it gives consideration to both traditional PSTN and traditional PBX for that it adopts open framework systematically.Every function package and the realization program of their basic function of the IP PBX system is designed in detail in this project. The author had taken part in the design and implementation work for basic voice call and majored in realizing the function of voice service-dealing module in Call Controller. The basic voice call flows are designed on the basis of MGCP protocol and SIP protocol and includes local office flow and inter-office flow. Call Controller includes many function modules. Among these modules, outer interface module and voice service-dealing module are the modules that fulfill the basic voice call. And sub-modules are further divided in voice service-dealing module based on Q931 protocol: User Side and Call Center. The function of MGW module and the implementation of fax and multimedia technology are also introduced in brief.The design and implementation of the overall scheme, the function packages and the basic voice call function has been tested to be practical in practice.更多还原
