【摘要】 论文遵循企业技术创新必须具有人、财、物三大组成要素的理论,将这三大组成要素细分为若干子项,重点研究企业技术创新战略平台的构成子项和各个构成要素的建设方式、手段,分析了每一要素在技术创新中的作用。 绪论部分介绍了论文的选题背景和研究的意义、回顾了国内外关于技术创新的研究历史和现状,剖析了其中的优缺点,提出了技术创新战略平台的概念。 第2章分析影响企业技术创新的内外环境因素。外部环境因素有政策法律环境因素、市场环境因素、社会文化环境因素、自然地理和人口环境因素。这些环境因素处于不同状况对企业的技术创新活动会有不同的影响和作用,提出了建设和改进这些环境要素的措施。 第3章详细研究技术创新战略平台的支撑要素及构建。企业文化是技术创新的指导思想,属于观念性的东西,制约人们的看法和活动,企业文化的建设要遵循科学的方法;企业信息化是企业现代化的标志,建设的关键点在于领导重视、明确自身需求、选择合适的物理设备建立企业局域网;人才是技术创新平台中最具决定性的,文中从建立学习型企业以增加知识储备、吸收外部优秀人才、组建技术联盟三条途径来构建创新平台的智力支持;企业要运用多种手段加强物质条件建设,提升产出水平;企业的组织结构要随其技术创新战略的不同而变化;技术创新是一种不确定的活动,存在着多种风险,故而技术创新的资本支持极易受到制约,企业不能仅依靠传统的筹资方式,要利用多种融资渠道,确保技术创新的资本需求。 第4章研究技术创新的激励措施。着眼点是人的需要理论,研究思路是从人性假设理论、理性行为理论和激励理论三者之间存在着一致性的关系出发,提出了激励的手段和激励机制的建设途径。 最后,指出企业进行技术创新的硬件环境建设的重大意义,提出了技术创新战略平台的改进思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper follows a theory that a company must possesses persons with abilities capital substantial things in order to realize technological innovation, and divides the three elements into a number of ones. Focusing on the specific inscapes and means to build up for the enterprise technological innovation strategy platform. Analyze what role each inscape plays in the technological innovation.In the preface, the author explains the background of selecting the theme and significance about studying, reviews studying history and current conditions about technological innovation home and abroad, evaluates and analyses advantages and disadvantages existing in those studies, suggests the concept of a enterprise technological innovation stragegy platform. It is the essential goal for the paper to probe into how to foster the capacity of a enterprise’s technological innovation and how to prepare for innovation in all ways. Then it can offer a methodological guide to practical businesses of a company.In the chapter No.2, The writer analyses internal and external environmental factors. External environmental factors include policy & law factors. Environmental factors for market for geography for population and for social culture. All these factors have different influences on technological innovation when they are in different states.In the chapter No.3, I carefully study supporting elements of technological innovation strategy platform. As conceptional thing, enterprise culture is the leading thought of innovation and restrict people’s opinions and actions;enterprise information management is a symbol of modernization, the key to build it consists in attaching its importance to leaders deciding enterprise’s demands choosing right physical equipments to build the local area net;People with abilities is the most decisive factor in the platform, the thesis builds intellectual support according to three ways: make a company become one devotes to study to increase knowledge draw excellent people to the company form a league based on technology;Enterprise should strengthen production capacity and advance production level;Technological innovation is a kind of uncertain action andhave a lot of risks, high-earnings usually is accompanied with high-risk.Therefore,financial support to the platform is easily confined , so a enterprise must take advantage of ways ,not of traditional ways ,to raise money.In the chapter No.4,I study measures to motivate technological innovation focusing on the theory about people’s demands. Begin with consistent relation among hypothesis theory about human nature reasonable action theory and motivation theory ,I put forward the principles and strategies to motivate .In the end ,the author indicates the significance to undertake the building of physical environment and suggest the means to improve the technological innovation strategies platform.更多还原
