车载信息显示平台的研究

【摘要】 汽车仪表是汽车与驾驶员进行信息交流的窗口,也是汽车高精尖技术的主要部分,目前国内汽车仪表行业在整体上仍滞后于整车的发展,与国外相比有很大的差距,如产品技术水平低,造型单调,产品质量可靠性和耐久性差,数字化程度低等。进行技术创新,寻求和确定我国汽车仪表产品的发展方向,研制开发新一代汽车仪表产品,使得汽车仪表产品的更新换代势在必行。 车载信息显示平台建立,包括车载信息的采集,数据流的总线传递,嵌入式最小系统的软硬件设计,GUI系统的移植以及图形化显示等几个部分。 本文致力于车载信息显示平台的研究,深入讨论了系统平台的设计思想与实现方法,提出了在嵌入式平台上用液晶显示屏图形化显示复杂车载信息的方法。 本课题在硬件平台上所做的工作主要包括:采用多个8位单片机通过车内Lin总线主从通讯方式采集车载信息,主单片机通过车内CAN总线通讯方式将数据信息传送到嵌入式开发板,由嵌入式开发板实现车载信息的图形化显示;在软件平台上所做的工作主要包括:车内Lin总线、CAN总线协议的制定及实现,嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ、嵌入式GUI系统的移植,驱动程序及应用程序的编写。 在嵌入式平台显示车载信息,较传统仪表系统显示方式,具有无法比拟的优势。从硬件方面来讲,组建简单,满足小型、轻量化的要求;汽车仪表的电子化使之具有高精度和高可靠性,减少了故障的发生率;汽车仪表盘造型美观,可视性、可读性强;节省有限的驾驶空间,实现一表多用。从软件方面来讲,引入了操作系统的概念,增强了代码的可读性、可维护性、可扩展性及灵活性,节约了编程者的精力和时间;信息显示自由度高,显示界面人性化,可定制;即使更换硬件平台,也只需要对操作系统进行少量的移植工作,而无需修改与硬件无关的应用代码。 实践结果证明该系统的研制具有现实意义,仪表的读数一目了然,可读性好,读数精度高,系统容易升级、扩展,但要达到实用,还有待进一步改进。
【Abstract】 Drivers and cars are linked by the motor instruments, and the motor instruments incarnate the profundity of motor technology. The motor instruments is behindhand compared with the car as the all and the one. It is also far behind the development of foreign car industry, for example, they cover immovable space, the display accuracy is low, they are unreliable, and they have bad augment ability and efficiency. The mass movement for technical innovation and develop the new generation of motor instruments are imperative under the situation.I establish the onboard integrated information display system, including the collection of onboard integrated information, the transferring of bus data stream, the design of software and hardware of embedded system, the transplant of GUI and display in graphics.I take up with the research of the onboard integrated information display system, discuss thoroughly the design ideology and implementing means. And put forward the method of displaying the onboard integrated information using LCD.In the hardware segment of the system, by the way of principal and subordinate communication, I use some microcontrollers "Atmega8"as the subordinate to collect the onboard integrated information, and then pass the information to one microcontroller as the principal through LIN bus. The principal "Atmega8" pass the information to the main control chip" S3C44B0"through CAN bus, and then by using "S3C44B0", it can control the display of LCD. In the microcontroller software segment of the system, I realize the collection of the onboard integrated information., establishment of protocol and implement of function of LIN and CAN bus. In the embedded software segment of the system, I realize the transplant of μC/OS- II and GUI, compiling of the drive and application program.Compared to the conventional analog digital, the onboard integrated information display system have many preponderance. It can satisfy the demand of minitype, readability and sculpting are excellent. On the other hand, we can maintenance or upgrade the code conveniently. Due to the merit, it can retrench the time and energy.The research of this system is proved to be of great signification by practice. It is more readable, more accurate, more updatable and more extensible when the embedded instrument is applied. However, we need more improvements before application.
