【摘要】 批发市场(wholesale market)是指集中进行现货批量交易的场所。它是在流通领域中联接批发渠道和零售渠道的重要节点。我国现阶段的批发市场规划,主要是用现代物流理念改造传统批发市场,促进其配送功能的发展,信息采集和处理功能的发展、实现生产企业和流通企业之间的联合与协作、促进大型批发组织的产生,并带动相关产业的发展,其次要考虑减轻交通压力、减少对周围环境的影响、促进城市功能调整等。 农产品批发市场是指专门为农产品批发交易提供交易的场所和条件,并为商品流通提供服务的组织机构。农产品批发市场是批发市场中的一种,它属于专业性批发市场,它在农产品流通体系中扮演着极为重要的角色,而市场规划与设计又是农产品批发市场建设的关键一环。合理的设计能有效、经济、高效、安全地实现农产品批发市场的建设目标,发挥农产品批发市场在农产品流通中的物流节点功能,完善我国农产品流通体系的建设和农产品信息的快速反馈与处理。本论文就是在完成W市国家级水产品中心批发市场物流规划的基础上,寻求现代化农产品批发市场规划与设计的一般方法。 本论文研究的主要内容包括:农产品批发市场建设现状;农产品批发市场的类型;农产品批发市场的选址;农产品批发市场功能设计;农产品批发市场布局分类与设计的研究。通过上述理论研究,对市场进行合理的选址,功能设计,对各功能区进行合理布局。解决的关键问题包括:对现代化农产品批发市场应具备的功能进行了研究;采用定量或定性的方法对农产品批发市场进行选址与布局设计;解决了W市国家级水产品中心批发市场的功能设计与布局优化问题。 该课题的研究不仅能对未来其它要建设的农产品批发市场具有一定的参考价值,而且对其他的专业性批发市场也有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wholesale market is the functional area where people can gather to exchange goods. It is an important hub which can link the wholesale channel and the retail channel. Nowadays, wholesale market program what we said is reconstruct the traditional wholesale market by modern logistics theory. According these, we can improve the function of distribution center, collecting and analyzing information, and, realize the collaboration between manufacture corporation and circulation corporation, culture the large wholesale corporation , improve the correlative industry. Secondly, we should lighten the press of traffic, reduce the environment problem, hasten the adjustment of city function, and so on.Farm products wholesale market is an organization which can offer exchange site and exchange condition. Farm products wholesale market is one of the professional wholesale markets;it plays a key role in farm products circulation system, and the function designing and lay outing is an important process in construction of farm products wholesale market. The rational layouting and function designing can get the anticipate target of construction effectively , economically , high-efficiently, and can realize the logistics hub function of farm products wholesale market in farm products circulation system, optimize the construction of our country’s farm products circulation system and information feedback system. The target of this thesis is trying to seek the common methods of function designing and layout on modern farm products wholesale market on the base of accomplish of Wuhan national aquatic product wholesale market logistics program.The content includes: the present situation of market construction;the kinds of farm products wholesale market;the methods of location choosing of farm wholesale market;the function designing of farm wholesale market;the research of layout designing and classify. Through the theory research above, this paper can design the function of wholesale market and layout function sites rationally.
