机务段机车润滑油脂自动发放系统的研制

【摘要】 随着科学技术的快速发展和普及,计算机技术及应用取得了突飞猛进的进步,计算机性能不断提高,计算机的体积、功耗、价格不断下降。今天的微处理器和个人计算机已广泛应用于办公自动化、工业自动控制、商业信息处理、家用电器控制等领域,促进了各行业的生产效率和工作效率的快速提升。 为了缓解当前出现的客流高峰的压力,铁道部增开了多趟列车,进行了五次列车提速。做好列车的日常维护和检修工作,对于保证列车安全快速运行具有重要的意义。 机车的润滑油脂的发放是机车维护中很重要的一个方面。由于润滑油脂每次发放的数量不像燃油那么多,以前的油脂发放往往采用原始的人工发放方式。这种发放方式采用瓢舀秤称,不仅效率低下、浪费严重,还存在着严重的安全问题,已经越来越不能满足发展的需要。 为了适应这种需要,我们设计了一种基于工业控制计算机的新型油脂自动发放系统。该系统主要包括机械部分、电气控制部分、管路控制部分、计算机软硬件部分、压力监控部分以及油温监控部分。 本文提出了一种全新的油脂发放方案,介绍了系统各部分的具体实现。其中计算机系统的软件和硬件设计是本文的重点,也是本系统的精髓所在。当系统启动后,通过数据采集卡将传感器脉冲信号采集到计算机,计算机将其转换成流量,当达到发放数量后,自动切断电机及其电磁阀,并将发放信息保存到计算机。 整个系统的设计,以自动控制理论为基础,将传统的电气技术与先进的计算机控制技术和管理方法结合起来,经过了严格的试验、反复的调试,最终成功地完成了这套油脂自动发放系统的研制。目前该系统已在汉口火车站折返段投入使用。实践证明该系统运行良好,可以很好地适应今后我国铁路事业的发展。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development and prevalence of the science, people have made great progress in the field of the technology and the utility of the computer. With the upgrade of the performance of the computer, the price, size and power consumption decrease constantly. Today, the microprocessor and the computer have been used in the fields of office automation, Industry control automation, commercial information processing, household appliances control and so on, and help to quickly improve the efficiency of production and work in almost all the fields.To relief the pressure of the rush of the guests current now, the Ministry of Railway has increased many trains and has raised the speed 5 times. It has very important meaning to perform the regular maintenance and overhaul to ensure the trains run safely and rapidly.The providing of the lubrication oil-fat of the trains is one of the most important parts during the course of the maintenance of the trains.Because the quantity of the lubrication oil-fat is much less than the fuel oil, the oil-fat always been provided by hands primitively. This mode of oil-fat providing has caused much waste and low efficiency, and has latent safety, and can’t meet the need of the development.To meet the need, we have devised a kind of newly oil-fat providing system bases on the industry computer. The system includes the devise of nuts and bolts, electric control, pipe control, computer software and hardware, liquid location control and temperature of oil-fat control.The paper gives a newly oil-fat providing project, and describes every part’s concrete realization. The hardware and software are the Focal point in the paper, and the marrow of the system. When the system is started, the sensor pulse signal is conveyed to the computer by the data gathering card, and the computer converts it to the flow. When the quantity is reached, the computer cut off the electromagnetic valve and the electrical machinery, and saves the providing information in the computer.The design of the whole system is based on automatic control theory, and combines the traditional electric technology with the advanced computer control technology and the office procedure. The system has been accomplished successfully eventually by the strict test and by the repeated debug. At present, the system has been put in use at the return section of the Hankou railway station. It proves the system runs well, and can adapt to the development of the undertaking of the railway.
