面向航空类的切削数据库系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 当前,我国大多数机械加工行业(包括航空类国防企业)的管理方式还不满足企业快速发展的需要,在机械加工中大多数情况下还是凭编程加工人员的实际加工经验提供切削参数,这往往导致切削参数选择不规范,加工效率低下。由于市场竞争的冲击和信息革命的推动,传统的机械制造业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,制造业的自动化和智能化是未来企业发展的必由之路。本文针对航空企业生产过程的实际情况,合理提取了切削加工中的数据信息,并研究开发了基于客户机/服务器模式构架的切削数据库系统。切削数据库系统是计算机技术与机械加工技术相结合的产物,它是机械制造自动化与智能化系统研究的基础领域之一,其主要目标是快速高效地为用户提供合理的切削参数。同时,本文应用了对各种铣削方法都普遍适用的威林曼恩(Weilenmann)算法来计算铣削力和电动机功率,并将此算法应用于系统开发中,用户可以在系统中方便判断所输入的铣削参数是否安全合理,从而避免了在铣削加工中由于铣削参数使用不合理而导致的刀体损坏和工件报废问题。

【Abstract】 At the present time, the management structure of most mechanical processing corporation (including aviation enterprises) of our country is still relatively undeveloped, under the most conditions in machining, programming and processing of personnel still use parameter of cutting based on their actual experience, often result in choosing the cutting parameter unstandardly, under processing efficiency. Because of the impact of the market competition and the push of the information revolution, the traditional machine manufacturing industry faces the huge challenge and opportunities, it is the enterprise requirement that the automation and intelligences of the manufacturing industry is necessary in the future from its road. In this text we have combined with producing reality live of aviation enterprises, deal with the data information of cutting process rationally, research and develop the cutting database system based on client / server of the framework mode. Cutting database system is result from being combined computer’s technology with mechanical process technology, also it is one of the basic fields of mechanical manufacturing automation and intelligent system research, its main goal is to provide the rational cutting parameter to users in high-efficiently. Meanwhile, we apply the Weilenmann algorithm method which suitable for all the sort of the milling to calculate the milling process force and motor power, also we use this algorithm to the system develop, users can be convenient in the system to judge whether the milling parameter input is safe and reasonable, which can avoid the matter that because of using irrational milling parameter to cause the damage of the cutter body and scarp of the workpiece.
