多传感器多目标航迹关联算法研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展和现代化战争的需要,信息融合作为一门新兴交叉学科,在近年来得到了广泛关注和快速发展。而多传感器多目标航迹关联方法的研究,一直是多传感器多目标跟踪及信息融合领域的一个热点。本文结合某科研项目,对多传感器多目标航迹关联算法进行了深入的研究。主要研究工作如下: 1、综述了信息融合的基本理论,对多传感器多目标数据关联、航迹关联的方法进行了概括和总结,并分析了各种关联方法的特点; 2、为了提高传统航迹关联算法的关联正确率,将小波变换引入到航迹关联算法中,对传统的航迹关联算法进行了改进,理论分析和仿真实验表明,改进后的算法明显提高了正确关联概率; 3、基于小波框架条件,利用小波的多分辨率特性,设计一种新的自适应航迹关联算法,该算法可以很好地适应机动目标和非机动目标的航迹关联,理论分析和仿真实验表明了这种算法的有效性和合理性,尤其是在目标作机动运行时,这种算法更能体现正确关联概率高的优点; 4、为了对机动目标建模,本文还讨论了交互式多模型(IMM)方法,并采用匀速运动模型和“当前”加速度运动模型,来实现交互多模型算法; 5、将提出的航迹关联算法应用于数据链系统中,并搭建了数据链信息融合半实物仿真测试平台,模拟仿真了数据链系统中信息融合的全过程。该测试平台可方便地对算法进行试验和置换,从而实现对各个算法以及多种算法组合性能的评价。

【Abstract】 With the development of technology and the requirement of modern warfare, Information Fusion technology has been focused and gotten rapid development as an emerging interdisciplinary study in recent years. Therefore the research of multi-sensor and multi-target tracks correlation method has been always a hotspot in the field Information Fusion. This paper studies the multi-sensor and multi-target tracks correlation algorithm through a certain research project. In this paper main research works show as follows:1. The basic theory of Information Fusion was introduced, and the methods of the multi-sensor and multi-target data correlation and tracks correlation were elaborated, and then the characteristics of each kind of correlation method were also analyzed.2. In order to improve the correction probability of the traditional tracks correlation algorithm, the thesis ameliorated the traditional algorithm by introducing the wavelet transform. The theory analysis and simulation results proved the validity of the improved algorithm.3. A new self-adaptive tracks correlation algorithm is proposed based on the wavelet frame condition and multi-resolution transform. This algorithm may adapt well to the maneuvering and non-maneuvering targets tracks correlation. The theory analysis and simulation results prove that the new algorithm has the high correct probability especially for the maneuvering movement.4. The interactive multi-models (IMM) method was also discussed, which is implemented of the uniform and "currently" accelerated motion model for the maneuvering target modeling.5. The proposed tracks correlation algorithm was applied into the Data-Link system. The Data-Link Information Fusion Simulation and Test Platform was also implemented, which can simulate the whole process of the information fusion. The platform can experience and replace different algorithms conveniently, and give the performance evaluation for different algorithms as well as the combination of algorithms.
