面向领域的可定制嵌入式中间件技术研究

【摘要】 网络化嵌入式计算技术的应用热潮以不可阻挡之势席卷了社会的各个领域,传统的缝制设备行业也随着嵌入式计算的春风发生着重大变革。在经历了漫长的机械缝制和电动缝制阶段之后,运用了嵌入式系统技术的新型智能化缝制设备已经成为国际市场的宠儿。 中国是缝制设备消费大国。我们要力争突破智能缝制控制的关键技术,变“中国制造”为“中国创造”,使我国从缝制设备大国转变成缝制设备强国。本文正是以国家发改委项目“面向系列化智能缝制设备的嵌入式软件系统”为背景,结合西安市2004年重大产业化项目“智能电子花样机嵌入式软件系统”,研究了面向智能缝制设备的嵌入式中间件技术。论文的主要内容和研究成果包括: 1.提出了面向智能缝制设备的层次式嵌入式中间件,详细设计并实现了智能缝制通用中间件。基于此,用户可以根据需求定制应用,从而提高软件的设计质量,降低软件开发的成本。 2.提出了一种自主设计的缝制图样数据格式,相对于目前主流的数据格式,它自包含完备的控制信息,可以降低预处理时延,从而提高缝制性能。 3.设计开发了面向电子花样机的专用中间件,从而丰富了系列化智能缝制设备的嵌入式应用软件集。

【Abstract】 It is a surging tide that the technology of networked embedded computing is applied to all fields, companied with which the traditional sewing equipment industry has been suffering great changes. And after a long mechanical and electric sewing period, the new-type intelligent sewing equipment, which is developed with the embedded system technique, has become the favorite son of international market.China is the primary consumer of sewing equipment, so it is of great value to overcome the key technology of intelligent sewing in order to convert "Made in China" into "Created in China". Therefore, with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) project named by "Embedded Software System for Seriate Intelligent Sewing Equipment" in the background, the thesis does research on the embedded middleware for intelligent sewing equipment, which benefits from the xi’an industrialization project named by "Embedded Software System of Intelligent Electro-pattern Sewing Machine". The contributions are as follows.1. A hierarchical middleware is proposed for intelligent sewing equipment, and the general-function middleware for intelligent sewing is designed and implemented. Accordingly new application can be customized on the basis of this middleware, by which the quality of software can be improved while cost reduced undoubtedly.2. A pattern format is designed independently, which contains more exhaustive control information than the mainstream data formats to improve the sewing performance by shortening the preprocessing delay.3. The specific-function middleware for electro-pattern sewing machine is developed, which enriches the embedded software set of seriate intelligent sewing equipment.
