基于Internet的嵌入式机电控制单元的开发与研制

【摘要】 随着微电子技术和微处理器制造工艺以及网络技术的飞速发展,机电控制系统可以直接通过TCP/IP网络协议接入Internet,从而真正实现不受时间、地域限制的远程控制。本文在研究了当前嵌入式系统及其远程控制发展现状的基础上,开发研制了一套以ARM处理器为核心的嵌入式远程机电控制单元。该控制单元不仅具有多数机电系统通用的现场控制功能,而且可以便捷地接入Internet,从而实现远程控制的目的。该控制单元无论在性能上,还是在软硬件开发成本上,都具有很强的优势,适用于目前多数嵌入式机电控制系统的远程控制领域。 首先,本文对嵌入式远程机电控制系统的现状及存在的问题进行了分析讨论,提出了本次远程机电控制单元开发的总体框架,划分了功能模块,并阐明了开发设计思路。 其次,引入了以目前较先进的ARM微处理器S3C4510B为核心的硬件系统设计方案,并在此基础上,扩充了以太网接口以及机电控制系统常用的A/D、D/A、I/O、RS-232C/RS-485、LCD、USB等接口电路,并讨论了各模块电路的实现原理。 第三,阐述了远程机电控制单元软件的开发设计过程,并详细介绍了初始化引导程序BootLoader、基本输入输出程序BIOS、板级硬件测试程序的设计原理以及uCLinux操作系统的开发移植原理。 最后,对远程机电控制单元实现远程控制的机理进行了研究,并设计了基于Internet的远程控制测试用例。实际验证表明,该远程机电控制单元的软硬件设计方案是成功可行的。
【Abstract】 With the improvement of micro-electronics and manufacturing technology of micro-processor, the mechatronic system can connect into the Internet through the TCP/IP network agreement. Such system can be free from the time and region restrict to remote control. According to the situation of embedded system as well as remote-controll technology, this paper puts forward a kind of embedded remote mechatronic controller which is based on ARM microprocessor. The controller can not only deal with the local electromechanical event like common mechatronic device, but also have functions as a remote controller by accessing to Internet. Result of this research provided a valuable reference for application of high performance embedded mechatronic system in industrial control field.Firstly, the thesis analyses the requirement of the system, confirms the function and predicted performance, introduces the overall designing frame and divided function modules.Then the paper puts forward the hardware designing and software programming. In the former part, it discusses the S3C4510B and it’s peripheral circuits, A/D,D/A, extent I/O circuit, Ethernet port, UART port, LCD circuit as well as USB circuit.In the later one, it introduces the software design procedure, shows the boot loader, test program and the embedded OS--uCLinux .At the end of the thesis, there are examples of remote control system by using this controller. It is showed that the control method and program code are reasonable and efficient.
