新型缝制设备运动控制系统研究与设计

【摘要】 新型缝制设备的特点是以计算机作为控制系统的核心,通过软件协调多轴之间的运动。本文分析了新型缝制设备运动控制系统的需求,讨论了基于运动控制卡的主轴变速、主轴匀速、主轴差补三种控制模式及各自特点,提出了一种基于精密计数卡的运动控制系统。 控制系统硬件平台由电机、驱动器、运动控制卡和主机构成。在设计过程中,首先根据负载、惯量、速度等机械参数选择控制电机和配套的功率驱动器。其次根据缝制设备多轴协调运动的特点选择运动控制卡。最后根据缝制设备所提供的功能选择控制主机。控制系统软件平台采用Linux,并针对缝制设备的需求进行裁剪、定制和实时性优化。 作者自行开发了基于精确计数原理的PCMC卡来替代运动控制卡。PCMC卡上的计数器输出的脉冲个数和频率分别控制电机旋转的角度和速度,由软件协调多个计数器的工作。 通过仿真测试,基于PCMC卡的缝制设备控制系统能够满足缝制设备的要求,各项指标优于普通的运动控制卡,在新型缝制设备控制系统上具有重大推广价值。
【Abstract】 The new-type sewing machines’ main characteristic is that collaboration of each mechanism is done by control software and the control centre is micro-computer. This paper analyses the demand of motion control system of new-type sewing machines and discusses the characteristic of three control pattern(main shaft constant speed 、 main shaft variant speed、 main shaft interpolation)used in motion control card. The author raises a new control system based on counter card.The control system hardware platform is composed of motor, driver, motion control card and computer. There are three steps to construct the hardware platform. First, select the motor and driver according to the parameter of mechanism. Second, select the motion control card according to characteristic of sewing machine multi-axes motion. At last, select the control computer according to the function of sewing machine. The software platform adopts Linux that has been tailored, extended and optimized.The author designs the PCMC card which used to do motion control, on the base of analyzing the characteristic of multi-axes motion. The output frequent of counter is changed by the counter value. The motor’s speed is controlled by the output frequent and the angle is controlled by the pulse. The counters are controlled by software.The control system based on PCMC card could realize the function of new-type sewing machines. Its’ performance is better than motion control card. It can broadly apply to new-type sewing machines.
