高空长航时无人机数控系统总体技术研究

【摘要】 本课题来源于国防科工委APTD计划项目“高空无人机发动机数控系统总体技术研究”。在国内某型涡扇发动机(WS**发动机)的基础上,通过对WS**各部件、各系统改进、改型设计,满足高空长航时无人机动力装置(**号发动机)需求,这是一条既符合国内技术实际、又能在短时间内完成高空长航时动力装置研制任务的方法。发动机控制系统作为发动机重要系统之一,首先必须对其进行深入、细致的分析,在此基础上,提出适应**号发动机的数字电子控制系统设计方案。 本论文首先根据高空长航时无人机的使用特点,并参考国内外航空发动机数字电子控制系统的设计经验提出了**号发动机数字电子控制系统总体方案。并且按照高空长航时无人机的需求,完成了**号发动机的数字电子控制系统功能设计方案。燃油调节系统是航空发动机控制中的重要部分,本文在对原型机机械液压燃油调节系统进行细致分析的基础上,提出了数字控制燃油调节设计方案。最后,针对高空长航时无人机动力装置的特殊要求,本文提出了自动油门、发动机数字控制系统与飞机控制系统的通讯等问题的解决方案。 本课题所做的方案设计目前已经通过国防科工委组织的专家评审并顺利交付。

【Abstract】 This thesis is from APTD (Aero Propulsion Test and Demonstration) project which is supported by COSTIND (Commission of Science Technology and Industry for Nation Defense) . **Engine is designed on the base of WS**Engine by changing some components to satisfy the demands of the high altitude long endurance UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) .The control system plays a significant role in the whole parts of an engine. The original control system of **Engine, which is a mechanical and hydraulic control system, has been analyzed, and the FADEC system is designed on the same principle.The main content of this thesis are following:1. The primary blue print of the FADEC (Full Authority Digital Electric Controller ) system has been established, including software and hardware;2. All of functions which the UAV required to FADEC have been designed;3. The fuel cell of the original engine has been changed to suit FADEC system;4. To reach the special needs of UAV, some key techniques, such as auto PLA, communication between FADEC and flying control system, reliability design and so on.The project has been ratified by APTD professors in Jan 2006.
