射流曝气SBR处理小城镇污水应用研究

【摘要】 小城镇发展是我国社会发展的重要组成部分,并且十几年以来已经在我国许多地区(特别是沿海发达地区)取得了显著的社会经济效应。但在小城镇发展过程中,环境问题日益突出,不但影响后续的经济发展,而且直接威胁到当地生态和人居环境。所以有必要研究适合我国小城镇污水处理的工艺和设备。 在充分考虑我国小城镇污水处理特点和目前应用比较广泛的污水处理工艺和设备后,本文最终选定射流曝气SBR反应器作为中试实验处理反应器。整个试验分为两个部分:射流曝气器参数优化试验和射流曝气SBR反应器处理小型污水中试试验。 射流曝气器参数优化试验中,先对采用CFD模拟自行设计研制的分体式射流曝气器进行清水测试,得出在3#长径比下,在淹没水深为7m,喷射压力为1.6kg时,本射流曝气器的吸气量在900~1100L/min左右。,然后在该结构参数下测试它在中试反应器中的相关运行参数,了解该射流曝气器受运行参数影响情况。 污水中试试验中,根据系统处理程度不同,分为好氧SBR部分和脱氮除磷部分。传统SBR部分主要针对该反应器去除有机物的运行及处理情况进行研究,同时也考察了反应器中污泥沉降特性和污泥生物特性。在脱氮除磷试验中,在三个不同充水比下,分别在过程试验中对反应器脱氮除磷过程情况进行初步了解和认识。然后在后续的运行试验中以不同的好氧反应时间和缺氧反应时间运行各工况,总结得出系统出水COD达国家污水综合排放二级标准(GB18918-2002),出水NH4-N达国家排放一级A标准,出水TP介于国家排放标准二级与三级间,同时对该反应器进行简单技术经济分析。 最后,在总结全文的基础上,对进一步工作的方向进行了简要的讨论。
【Abstract】 As one important part of social development in China, lots of small towns have gained tremendous achievement during last decades. But more and more severe pollution brought during the development not only blocked the succeeding economic advance, but also threatened local environment. So it is necessary to sutdy the technology and equipment suiting the small town’s sewage treatment in our country.After fully considering the characteristic of our country’s small town sewage and widely used sewage treatment process and equipment, Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR) equipped with Jet Aerator was elected to use in the piaot test. The whole test consisted of two parts: the parameters optimization test on Jet Aerator and the pilot-scale test of sewage treatment used SBR equipped with Jet Aerator.In the parameters optimization test on Jet Aerator, first put the Separate Structure Jet Aerator which was own designed and developed through Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in the clean water test and gained under the third slenderness ratio. 1.6 kilogram jet pressure and the 7 meter water-depth, our jet aerator’s inspiratory capacity was between 900 L/min and 1100L/min Then the running parameters of the Separate Structure Jet Aerator were obtained in the pilot-scale test reactor and general understand the Jet Aerator’ running in the reactor.The sewage treatment test consisted of two parts: Aerobic SBR and Phosphorus and Nitrogen removal. The capability of organic contamination removal was studied in the aerobic SBR test, then the sedimentation and biologic characteristics were researched as well. Three cases were included in the Phosphorus and Nitrogen removal test. During each one, the results of phosphorus and nitrogen removal were studied under different aerobic reaction time and anoxic reaction time. The result of treatment was COD under secondary standard for discharge of pollutants (GB18918-2002), NH4-N under primary standard for discharge of pollutants and TP between secondary and tertiary standard for discharge of pollutants. Final technique and economical analysis was made about the SBR equipped with Jet Aerator.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
