基于uC/OS-Ⅱ的自动开袋机控制器的研究与设计

【摘要】 嵌入式系统是继IT网络技术之后,又一个新兴的技术发展方向。由于嵌入式系统具有体积小、性能强、功耗低、可靠性高、以及面向行业应用的突出特征,目前己被广泛应用于军事国防、消费电子、网络通信、工业控制和装备制造业等各个领域。 将嵌入式技术与工业控制器相结合的研究是当前工控领域研究的一个热点,并且也取得了一些理论与应用成果。本文以上海市教委重点学科建设“数字化服装设计与信息技术”项目为工程背景,从基于RTOS的嵌入式工控机的研究出发,讨论了嵌入式系统设计、开发中的一些关键技术和方法,并在此基础上设计和开发了一个基于ARM和uC/OS-Ⅱ的自动开袋机控制器。这对于提升我国纺织服装加工设备的自动化和智能化水平,提高纺织服装产品的市场竞争力,是一件十分迫切且具有实际意义的工作。本文的主要工作: (1)在对多种嵌入式操作系统(RTOS)研究、分析、比较的基础上,重点对uC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统的特点,提供的功能和在其基础上扩展的体系结构进行了研究,提出了基于uC/OS-Ⅱ的自动开袋机控制器的实现方案。 (2)采用统一建模语言UML,对整个系统的设计进行分析与建模。UML是一种有效的适合于嵌入式系统的可视化分析方法,不仅可以使系统分析设计实现标准化,而且可实现系统需求、分析、设计、编程和测试分别由项目组的各个成员在统一方式下完成,缩短系统的开发周期,也使得系统分析模型在相似系统中的重用成为可能。 (3)控制器的实现方法是多种多样的,本文在充分考虑了自动开袋机的功能和具体要求后,提出了该系统的硬件设计方案,并阐述了它的组成情况。通过具体模块芯片的选择、使用,详细说

【Abstract】 After the IT network technology, the embedded system is another development direction of rising technology. Due to its small volume, strong performance, low absorption, high reliability and special application, the embedded system has been used in the fields of national defence, electronic consumption, network communication, industry control and equipment manufacturing.The study of combining embedded system and industry controller is the research heat in the industry control field and has got some fruits in theory and application. This paper starts with the study of the embedded industry controllers’ application, discussing some key technologies and methods used in this system, designing an automatic controller for pockets-opening machine based on ARM and uC/OS-II. All these have impending and factual significance in improving machining equipment and the market competition for textile and garment. The main completed work includes:(1) On the base of analyzing and comparing many RTOS, the characteristics, the functions and the structures of uC/OS-II are emphasized on. Then the realization plan of the automatic controller for pockets-opening machine based on uC/OS-II is put forward.(2) UML, the OO uniform modeling language is used in the realization and development of the embedded system. UML is an impactful visual analysis way for embedded systems. It can not only formalize the systems’ development, but also make projects’ members finish the steps of demanding, analyzing, and designing,coding and testing in the uniform mode. So that it can shorten the period of development, and the analysis module in the similar systems can be reused.(3) The realization methods of the controller are various. According to the functions and requirements of the controller, a hardware design scheme of this system is put forward. Through the choice and use of module chips, several parts of the circuit are clearly explained, including storage modules, keyboard and display, serial communication, power and industry network.(4) The software design of this automatic controller is completed, which realizes the material requirements of every special module. Then user-defined protocols of serial communications and network communications and communication flows are recommended. At last the process of emulation debugging is discussed.Due to the limited storage resources of the embedded system, a sound measure to manage data is put forward, which makes use of the file system. By reasonably organizing data, canonically sharing space, dynamically renewing data, storing data has more efficiency and more reliability.(5) An embedded system usually has some special functions. In order to strengthen the advantage and speediness of it, they have different demands about GUI. So GUI technology is always the study heat. With the realization of the system, the application of MiniGUI and uC/GUI’s replanting to the development platform are illustrated. uC/GUI is replanted in the ARM and uC/OS-II by modified a part of its setting files and drive files.The embedded controller system for pockets-opening machinehas been completed on the whole, and it’s validated in the lab. In a word, it has a certain practicality, and is also a good example for the application of industry controllers in other fields.
