用表面活性剂改性的沸石处理DDNP生产废水技术研究

【摘要】 本论文以某化工厂实际生产中的二硝基重氮酚(DDNP)生产废水为例,综述了 DDNP废水水质组成和处理现状,指出了废水处理的关键性问题。通过实验分别用天然沸石、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)改性沸石和溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)改性沸石处理该废水,以 CODCr和色度的去除率作为研究指标,比较了三种沸石对 DDNP 废水的处理效果,得出了 HDTMA 和 CPB 改性天然沸石的最佳条件。并通过单因素实验对 CPB 改性沸石处理废水进行了深入研究,得出较为合理的废水处理工艺。(1)阳离子表面活性剂 HDTMA 和 CPB 均能够将天然沸石改性,改性后沸石的吸附能力大大增强。HDTMA 改性天然沸石的最佳工艺条件为:HDTMA 浓度为 1%,改性时间为36h,改性温度为 30℃。CPB 改性天然沸石的最佳工艺为:CPB 浓度为 1%,改性温度为25℃,改性时间为 12 小时。(2)天然沸石、HDTMA 改性沸石和 CPB 改性沸石均能够处理 DDNP 废水,HDTMA 改性沸石和 CPB 改性沸石对废水 CODcr和色度的去除率远远高于天然沸石。(3)CPB 改性沸石处理 DDNP 废水的最佳吸附温度为 35℃,最佳吸附时间为 1h。当处理 5mL 废水时,改性沸石的最佳投加量为 4g。(4)CPB 改性沸石的性能优于 HDTMA 改性沸石(5)NaOH 溶液能够将饱和改性沸石再生。本研究对天然沸石的开发利用和 DDNP 生产废水的处理有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 The thesis takes the productive DDNP wastewater in a certain chemical factory as anexample, reviewed the composition and the present situation of treatment of DDNP, haspointed out the decisive problem in the wastewater treatment. The natural zeolite, theHDTMA modified zeolite and the CPB modified zeolite were used to treat DDNP wastewaterseparately by experiment, the removal rate of CODcr and the chroma in wastewater are thenorm of the investigation, the result of three kinds of zeolite treating DDNP wastewater wascompared and the optimum conditions modified by HDTMA and CPB of natural zeolite wereconfirmed. By the single factor experiment the CPB modified zeolite treating wastewater wasthorough studied and the reasonable wastewater processing craft was confirmed.(1) The natural zeolite can be modified by the cation surface-active agent of HDTMAand CPB, it’s adsorb ability is strengthened after being modified. The optimum conditions forHDTMA modified zeolite are: HDTMA solution’s concentration is 1%;modifying time is36h;modifying temperature is 30 ℃ . The optimum conditions for CPB modified zeolite are:CPB solution’s concentration is 1%;modifying temperature is 25℃;modifying time is 36h.(2) The DDNP wastewater can be treated by the natural zeolite, the HDTMA modifiedzeolite and the CPB modified zeolite. the CODcr and chroma removal rate of the HDTMAmodified zeolite and the CPB modified zeolite treating wastewater far more higher than thenatural zeolite.(3) The optimum adsorbing temperature of CPB modified zeolite treating DDNPwastewater is 35℃, the optimum adsorbing time is 1h. When the volume of wastewater is5mL, the modified zeolite’s consumption is 4g.(4)The CPB modified zeolite is better than the HDTMA modified zeolite in function.(5)The saturated modified zeolite can be rebirthed by the aqua of NaOH.The research has some realistic functions in making use of natural zeolite and treatmentof DDNP wastewater.
