桥式起重机桥架三维参数化设计系统开发

【摘要】 桥式起重机桥架设计规范,已成为一种系列化产品,同系列产品的主要区别是参数或局部结构的不同,而整体结构相似。同系列产品之间存在功能相似或结构相近的零部件以及一些标准件,这些都为进行参数化、系列化相似性设计创造了条件。设计人员在设计同一系列桥式起重机桥架的不同型号产品时,只需要在此系列己有产品设计的基础上进行系列化相似性设计。通过对这些零部件模型的快速修改生成新产品的三维零件模型,通过重新装配生成新产品的三维装配模型。本文设计的桥式起重机桥架三维参数化设计系统是在研究桥架的结构特点、设计流程、设计方法的基础上,同时结合设计工程师的设计经验以及桥架的设计理论,充分考虑企业的实际需求,以 Solidworks 为软件支撑平台,利用 Visual Basic6.0 语言对Solidworks 提供的 API 函数进行二次开发,采用了面向对象的系统设计方法以及模块化的系统划分方法,开发了既相互独立又相互联系的主梁、端梁、副主梁、附属结构和桥架总装参数化设计系统,并建立了零部件模型库、工程图库、特征库。同时根据工程图模板参数化驱动后出现图面凌乱的情况,对工程图绘制的理论和方法进行了研究,进行了工程图的二次开发,通过程序实现工程图的自动调整。系统提高桥式起重机桥架的设计效率达 60%以上,使原来数个工程师需长时间才能完成的设计工作能够在短短的十几分钟内完成,大大的降低了工程师的劳动强度,缩短了设计时间,使他们可以将更多的时间投入到新产品和新结构的研发上。
【Abstract】 To some degree, overhead traveling crane is being tandem products, the metalstructure design of overhead traveling crane is quite standard, the maindifference between the same tandem products is just parameters and substructure,the overall structure is similar. If engineer want to design different type ofthe same tandem products, they don’t need to restart the design, what they shoulddo is just some similarity serial design based on the basic design. The functionsimilarity and structure similarity, also the standard parts provide thecondition for doing parametric serial similar design. Through these partsmodel’s fast modification, they can design 3D parts model of new products andassembly.In this paper, the 3D parametric design system of overhead traveling craneis designed based on the study of structure feature, aloes the design flow anddesign method;contemporary combine the engineer’s design experience and theoryof metal structure design;and consider the practical requirement of enterprise.Based on the 3D design platform─SolidWorks, redevelopment the API function ofSolidWodrks by VB6.0, adopt the object-oriented technology and modular designtechnology, develop the parametric design system that is both mutualindependence and interrelation, including main girder, end girder, assistantgirder, attached structure and metal structure assembly, and set up the partsmodel and engineering drawings database and characteristic database. Accordingto the absurdness of engineering drawings after parametric driving, doredevelopment to the engineering drawings based on the study of theory and methodof engineering drawings, realize the auto-regulation through programming. Theefficiency is improved by 60%, make engineer complete the design work that needmany engineer a long time’s work now just a few more than ten minutes, greatlyreduce the engineer’s intensity of work and cut the design time, so the engineerscan put more time into the innovation of product.
