高功率因数整流器的研究

【摘要】 随着各种电力电子装置应用的普及,电网的谐波污染日趋严重,谐波干扰已成为电力系统中的主要问题之一。本文采用谐波抑制的主动方法,对高功率因数整流器进行了深入的研究,重点分析了三相电压型PWM可逆整流器。该系统具有良好输入性能、较高的功率因数、能量双向流动等优点。文章对PWM方法进行分类和总结,对PWM整流器工作原理进行深入探讨,采用电压空间矢量方法,建立整流器在ABC坐标、αβ坐标、dq坐标下的数学模型。在分析三相整流器控制电路结构的同时,对整流器进行模型等效,设计了电压、电流双闭环控制模型,同时建立起详细仿真模型,和没有采用该方法下所得到的电压电流变化曲线进行了对比。优良的励磁控制系统不仅可以保证发电机运行的可靠性和稳定性,而且可以有效地提高发电机及其电力系统的技术指标。本文把高功率因数整流器应用于发电机励磁系统,通过仿真研究,和传统可控硅整流方式进行比较,明显降低了发电机端电压和电流谐波含量,减少了同步发电机定子和转子的附加损耗和附加温升,取得了一定的效果。最后结合实验室具体条件,采用80C196MC单片机,分析了控制电路、驱动电路设计思路,提出需要注意的问题。

【Abstract】 Recently, harmonic pollution has been gradually serious to power system due toincreasing application of power electronic equipments. Consequently, harmonicdisturbance has been one of the main difficult questions. This paper, adopting oneactive method, analyzes three-phase PWM reversible rectifier after making deeplyresearch. The system can achieve good input performance, upper power factor andbidirectional energy flow.After classifying and summarizing the PWM, the article, based on profounddiscussion, establishes various models made in ABC, α β and dq coordinates, forrectifier by space vector PWM. It also makes one equivalent structure for the rectifierand designs a voltage-current closed loop. At the same time, the paper, by the help ofsimulation system, makes particular compares in the voltage and current curvesbetween adapting the common method and the new way. Good excitation control systems not only play an important role in the stabilityof power system but also can improve the performance of generators and powersystem. This dissertation applies the high power factor rectifier to the generatorexcitation system. Unlike controllable silicon system, it can obtain low harmoniccontents in the voltage and current, and decrease the additional wastage and additionaltemperature change.Finally, the thesis, according to the laboratory condition, analyses thecontrollable circuit, drivable circuit via 80C196MC single chip,and presents someadvertent questions.
