微机线路综合测控保护装置的研究与开发

【摘要】 电力系统线路保护的研究一直是继电保护领域中最为活跃的课题,在微机保护获得广泛应用的今天,对它的研究已向高性能和综合型深层次方向发展。本文开发了基于DSP的微机线路综合测控保护装置,在保护的原理、软件和硬件设计等方面进行了深入的研究和阐述。算法是微机保护的研究重点之一。本文首先对全波傅氏算法、全波差分傅氏算法、半波傅氏算法、半波差分傅氏算法进行了仿真,通过分析各种算法的频率响应和时间响应,分别指出了它们的优缺点。随后,又分析了系统频率偏移对傅氏算法的影响。为了减小频率偏移对算法的影响,提高保护动作可靠性,本文提出了新的基于全波傅氏算法的频率测量跟踪算法。然后对这种方法做了大量的仿真,结果表明其计算精度高,算法响应快。基于新算法开发的低压线路保护装置配置有三段式电流保护、低周减载、三相一次重合闸及其加速保护以及过负荷保护。本文在详细分析了各种保护原理后给出了其实现的逻辑框图,并编写了保护程序。动模试验的结果表明,本课题开发的保护装置能够实现对线路的保护和控制,可以满足电力系统的需求。保护装置的硬件是实现保护原理的平台,其稳定性和可靠性直接影响到保护功能的实现。本微机保护装置是基于DSP和51单片机的双CPU微机线路综合保护测控装置,DSP的采用大大提高了保护装置的数据处理速度,双CPU结构大大提高了装置的可靠性。另外,该装置不仅可以完成继电保护功能,而且紧随当前电力系统自动化发展的需要,还可以完成测量、控制、数据通讯的功能,亦即实现保护、控制、测量、数据通讯一体化。

【Abstract】 Study of transmission line protection of power system is always the most activesubject in the field of relay protection. Today,along with microprocessor-basedprotection has been used widely,the study of protection also has already developed tohigh performance and synthesized level. The chief method of this paper is aboutdeveloping the microprocessor-based line protection device based on DSP technique.It also gives enough study and profound exposition on protection principle and designof software and hardware.Algorithm is one of focal points in study of microprocessor-based protection. Atfirst, we make emulations, aiming at full-wave fourier algorithm and semiwavefourier algorithm. Then their merits and demerits are shown respectively throughanalyzing their frequency response and time response. Subsequently is it manifest thatthere are some influences on fourier algorithm if the system frequency deviates fromnormal level. In order to diminish those influences and increase operating reliabilityof protection device,a new algorithm of frequency measurement and tracking ismentioned in this paper. Then many emulation results about this algorithm indicatethat it has higher precision and faster response speed.The configuration of low-voltage line protection device based on new algorithmis proposed, including overcurrent protection, sheding, reclosing and its accelerationprotection and overload protection. The analysis of protection principle and its logicdiagram are also shown in the paper. The results of dynamic test have proved thevalidity of the protection device in line protection and control,and it can meet all thedemands of power systems.The stability and reliability of hardware is very important to the implementationof protection functions. The designed device based on dual CPU structure: DSP andMCS-51, is a synthetical line protection including measurement and control. DSP isused to accelerate data processing,and dual CPU configuration can increase thereliability of the device. Moreover,relay protection、measurement、control、data-communication function are involved as a whole unit in this device for fulfillingthe needs of the developing of power system and its automatization.
