旋转喷雾技术及其机电系统的研究

【摘要】 旋转喷雾技术通过高速旋转设备使料液雾化为微米级尺寸的液滴。其核心设备为旋转喷雾器,通过高速电机驱动雾化轮高速旋转,高速旋转的雾化轮产生强大的离心力,悬浊液或乳浊液形式的物料通过雾化轮结构特殊的喷嘴喷出,从而被雾化为具有微米级尺度的液滴。雾化后的颗粒比表面积增大,更有利于其进行传质传热或和其它介质混合发生反应。旋转喷雾器是广泛应用于化工、制药、食品、环保等领域的关键机电产品。在大气污染控制环保领域,旋转喷雾器用于电厂烟气脱硫和垃圾焚烧厂尾气处理。随着近年来国内垃圾焚烧发电领域的兴起和垃圾焚烧发电厂的广泛兴建,旋转喷雾器得到了更加广泛的应用。当前国内应用的旋转喷雾器主要依靠国外进口,每年要花费大量的外汇,随着现代化工业进程的发展,旋转喷雾器的国产化问题得到了越来越多厂家的重视。在这样的背景下,本课题对旋转喷雾器国产化的许多关键问题进行了研究和探讨。通过对旋转喷雾器雾化机理的分析,设计了一套旋转喷雾器机械系统,并设计了相应的监控系统。本论文的主要研究内容和取得的研究成果如下:1.分析了旋转喷雾技术的雾化机理,为旋转喷雾器的研制提供了理论基础;并通过实验验证了旋转喷雾雾化机理;2.提出了旋转喷雾器机械设计中参数选择的理论依据;3.根据以上研究,设计了一套旋转喷雾器机械系统,它由以下几个子系统组成:驱动系统;润滑系统;冷却系统;给料系统;雾化系统等;4.使用PRO/E的mechanism模块仿真了驱动系统的运动,证明我们设计的高速驱动系统科学合理,能够可靠工作;5.设计并调试了旋转喷雾器机械系统的监测系统,由PLC和变频器等构成,对压力、流量、振动和温度等各项运行参数进行监测,确保旋转喷雾器稳定安全的运行。
【Abstract】 Rotary atomizing technology turns the liquids into micro-droplet by rotaryequipment. The core equipment is rotary atomizer, which uses a high speed motor todrive the wheel rotating in very high speed. The suspending or milk material spurtout of the special nozzle on the wheel by the strong centrifugal force, consequentlythe material is atomized into micro droplet with diameter in several tens of micron.After atomization, the micro droplet obtains big surface/volume ratio, which favorsthe heat and mass transferring among different components during chemicalinteraction.Rotary atomizer is widely used in fields of chemical industry, pharmacy,foodstuff, and environment protection. In field of atmosphere pollution prevention,the rotary atomizer is used to desulfate flue gas in power plant or refuse incinerationplant. Now the rotary atomizers used in our country are mostly imported from othercountry and cost a lot of foreign currency every year. With the boom ofwaste-to-energy industry in our country, the rotary atomizer is used more and morewidely. Therefore, homemade rotary atomizer is an urgent demand of China market.Under this background, many key theoretical and technological problems ofhomemade rotary atomizer are studied and researched in this thesis. Through theanalyses of atomization mechanism of rotary atomizer, a set of rotary atomizermechanical system and a correlative monitoring and controlling system are designed.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1. The atomization theory of rotary atomizing technology is studied, and thetheoretical criterion is supplied for the development of rotary atomizer. Theatomization theory is validated by a set of experiments.2. The theoretical base is supplied for the parameters in rotary atomizermechanical design.3. According to above research, a rotary atomizer system is designed, whichconsists of the following subsystems: driving subsystem, lubricatingsubsystem, cooling subsystem, feeding subsystem, and atomizationsubsystem.4. The driving system movement is emulated by MECHANISM module ofPRO/E, and the high-speed driving subsystem is proved reasonable andcredible.5. A monitoring and controlling system is designed and debugged, with maincomponents of PLC, converter, and many sensors. The monitoring andcontrolling system monitors operation parameters such as pressure, flux,vibration, and temperature, to insure safe operation of rotary atomizer.
