【摘要】 随着房地产行业的快速发展,它将带来的环境问题也不断涌现,对房地产开发建设项目必须把好环境保护第一关,认真作好环境评价工作,切实作到以人为本,使房地产开发建设项目与城市生态环境和社会经济发展相协调,保障城市建设的可持续发展。本文将以冶金大厦工程为例对房地产开发建设项目环境影响评价进行研究,通过对冶金大厦项目情况进行了介绍,并对工程情况进行分析,揭示了房地产开发项目环境影响的特殊性和复杂性,然后分别对项目施工阶段和使用阶段环境影响进行了详细的分析和预测,并同时提出了解决办法,最后对房地产开发建设项目环境评价进行总结。房地产开发建设项目的环境影响评价有着很强的实践性、社会性和综合性,将建设项目环境评价的技术规范与房地产建设项目环境影响的复杂性结合考虑,根据长期环境评价实践经验,总结出房地产建设项目环境影响评价的基本特征,结构及需要注意的事项。为房地产开发建设项目环境评价及编制环境影响评价文件提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with fast development of the real estate profession, the environmentproblem will also flows out continuously now, constuct to development of item of thereal estate,we must chase the environmental protection as the first pass, we will do ourbest to make environmental impact assessment well, and work up to make people asthe center actually, and make real estate item development construction and the cityecosystem environments and the development of social economy moderates mutually,and guaranteeing the development of the city constuct can keep on.This text will be take the yejin engineering as an example to carry on research toitem of the real estate environmental impact assessment, First,it will introduct theyejin item circumstance, and carry on the analysis to the engineering circumstance,announcing to public the special and complexities that the real estate developmentitem environment influence, then respectively start construction to the item stage andusage the stage environment the influence carried on detailed analysis and estimate,and at the same time put forward the solution, constuct the item environmentevaluation to carry on the summary to the real estate development finally.The environmental impact assessment of the item of the real estate developmentconstucts to have the very strong fulfillment, society and comprehensives, combiningthe complexity that the technical specification and real estates that the constructionitem environmental impact assessment constuct the item environment influenceconsideration, practice the experience according to the long-term environmentevaluation, tally up the basic characteristic and structure and need of the advertentitems that a real estate construction item environmental impact assessment.Developto constuct the item environment evaluation and establishment provides the referencefor the document of the real estate the environment impact evaluation.更多还原
