【摘要】 研究生教育是在大学本科后进行的培养高层次专门人才的一种学历教育,属于高等教育的最高阶段,在国家经济建设中起着重要的作用。自1999年以来,我国为适应国家现代化建设和社会发展对高级人才的迫切需求,研究生招生数量和规模逐年扩大,其速度已超过本科生的增长速度,研究生的大幅度扩招使得研究生教育当中存在的一些质量问题日益凸现出来。为了保证和提高我国研究生教育质量,构建我国研究生教育质量保证体系不失为一种有效途径。本文从当前我国研究生教育质量和质量保证现状出发,理论上分析了研究生教育质量本质、特点和标准以及教育决策当中CIPP模式和CSE模式,界定了质量概念,并同企业质量保证体系作了比较。为了使本文具备可靠的实践依据,笔者通过发放调查问卷形式,针对天津市的研究生教育质量现状作了实际问卷调查,并对调查结果作了数据统计和图形分析,探析了影响研究生教育质量的若干因素,总结了我国研究生教育当中存在的主要问题。最后,在借鉴国外研究生教育质量保证经验的基础上,具体从我国高校的内外两个方面去构建研究生教育质量保证体系。全文撰写当中主要应用了文献法、比较法、调查法、系统分析法等研究方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Postgraduate education is the highest level education in the higher education,which aims at training senior talents after undergraduate education, and plays animportant role in nation’s economic construction. Our nation has been enlarging thepostgraduate enrollment and scale since 1999 in order to meet the need of the seniortalent training for nation’s modernizational construction and social development. Thespeed of postgraduate enlargement has exceeded undergraduate education. Meanwhile,the enlargement makes the problems of postgraduate education become more andmore clear.Consequently, building the quality assurance system of the postgraduateeducation is an effective way to assure and improve the quality of our nation’spostgraduate education. Based on the analyses the current situation and problemsexisting in our nation’s quality assurance system of the postgraduate education , thepaper theoretically analyzes the nature , features and standards, probes the influencefactors of postgraduate quality, quality concept, and CIPP and CSE, comparing thedifferences between enterprises’ quality assurance system. In order to obtain morepractical evidence, the writer has made a questionnaire about postgraduate quality inTianjin, the data statistics and figure analyses.Finally,the paper has created the qualityassurance system of the postgraduate education from the inner and exterior of colleges,and referenting the advanced experience of developed countries’ quality assurancesystem of the postgraduate education.
