【摘要】 随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,国家、地区间的竞争日益激烈,而产业竞争力又是国家(地区)竞争力的基础,国家(地区)竞争力的增强有赖于产业竞争力的提升,这就对产业竞争力的评价提出了新的要求。与此同时,关于产业竞争力的理论研究尚存在许多不足,尤其是产业竞争力评价的理论和方法研究尚未形成一个统一的共识,从而限制了其对国家和地区产业竞争力的提升所带来的巨大作用。这就要求我们必须对产业竞争力评价的理论和方法进行更深层次的研究。本文在系统总结了国内外产业竞争力研究的理论和方法之后,系统地建立起一套产业竞争力理论,主要包括产业与产业竞争力的内涵、产业竞争力研究的理论基础、产业竞争力的研究模型以及产业竞争力的形成机理与发展阶段,为本文的产业竞争力研究打出了坚实的基础。在此基础上建立了本文的产业竞争力评价指标体系、评价方法和评价程序,用因子分析法对同一地区不同行业的发展现状、发展潜力及其对地区经济的作用进行定量的测量,并以各主因子的得分为依据进行聚类分析,将具有相同特征的行业归入一类,使地区的产业竞争结构更加清晰、有层次。最后以广西柳州制造业的28个行业为实证研究对象,通过建立一套有层次的指标体系,分析研究各制造行业的发展现状及发展潜力,科学评价其在地区发展中的竞争地位,并以此为基础,对不同类型的制造行业今后的发展指出了不同的发展重点。作者相信,本文所提出的评价指标体系对地区经济中各产业竞争力评价具有重要的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of world economy, the competence between differentcountries and regions is much more fierce than ever. Industry competence strength isthe base of country (region) competence strength. The development of country (region)competence strength depends on the exaltation of industry competence strength. Sowe need put more emphasis on the evaluation of industry competence strength. But atthe present time, the theoretic research on industry competence strength remainsincomplete, especially the theory and method of the evaluation on industrycompetence strength, which restrict the exaltation of country and region competencestrength. So we need to commence embedded research on the evaluation of industrycompetence strength.After generalizing the theory and method on industry competence strength in andout of our country, we founded the systemic theory of industry competence strength,which includes the meaning of industry and industry competence strength, theadademic base, the model, the formation and seedtime of industry competencestrength. On the base of the former theory, we set up the evaluation index, method andprocedure of industry competence strength, measuring the industry competencestrength between different industries in the same region with factor analysisquantificationally, and classified different industries into several categories withcluster analysis. Finally, by evaluating the competence strength between differentmanufacturing industries of Liuzhou Guangxi, we put it into practice, and give someemphasis on the development of every industry category.We believe the outcome of this article will have important influence on theevaluation of industry competence strength in region economy.更多还原
