偏三甲苯定向合成均三甲苯工艺研究

【摘要】 本文研究开发出以偏三甲苯为原料生产高纯度均三甲苯(1,3,5-三甲基苯)的工艺流程。该工艺采用偏三甲苯液相非临氢异构化技术与精密精馏分离技术有机结合的方法,工艺独特可行。非临氢催化异构化实验以开发的M-2型复合丝光沸石为催化剂,采用MR-80型100ml高压直流等温积分管式反应器,考察了反应温度、压力、空速因素对反应的影响,得到了最佳工艺条件:反应温度340℃~360℃,反应压力2.5Mpa,体积空速1.2 h-1~1.4h-1。此时偏三甲苯的单程转化率为39.32%,均三甲苯单程收率为21.85%,选择性为49.57%。实验结果表明,该催化剂具有很高的催化活性和选择性,能将邻甲乙苯转化为与均三甲苯易分离的组份。由于C9重芳烃组份复杂,大多为同分异构体,且邻甲乙苯含量高,而邻甲乙苯与均三甲苯的沸点差只有0.4℃,因而直接分离出高纯度均三甲苯难度大,均三甲苯质量很难达到行业标准。因此,本文将催化异构化技术和分离技术相结合,以偏三甲苯为原料,通过异构化反应合成均三甲苯,同时消除了邻甲乙苯,反应产物采用精密精馏技术分离出高纯度均三甲苯,并对偏三甲苯进行回收循环使用。经PROⅡ化工过程模拟软件模拟计算优化,采用三塔流程可以得到纯度98.97%的均三甲苯产品,达到了行业质量标准(≥98.5%),回收的偏三甲苯纯度为90.72%。偏三甲苯的循环使用,降低了均三甲苯的生产成本。均三甲苯产品的单程收率为17.25%,其总收率为40.41%,偏三甲苯单程转化率为42.52%,其总转化率为99.63%。开发的非临氢偏三甲苯异构化生产均三甲苯和精密精馏三塔分离相结合的生产工艺具有较高的理论意义和很好的实用价值。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new process was developed which can be usedto produce high-pure 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene(mesitylene) from 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene(pseudocumene). The technique had isomerizationof 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene and precise distillation as a union, whichis unique and feasible . The catalyzed isomerization without the present of hydrogenoccurred over M-2 composited mordenite in the MR-80 isothermalintegrating tube reactor, which use pseudocumene as raw material. Theeffects of reaction temperature, pressure and weight space velocity onthe catalytic activity were investigated. The experimental results showedthat at the reaction conditions of 340℃-360℃ ,2.5MPa, 1.2-1.4(v./v./hr ),the percent conversion of pseudomene was 39.32% with selectivity ofmesitylene 49.57% and the percent productivity of mesitylene was21.85%. The catalyst had high catalytic activity and selectivity . Because of the components of C9 aromatic hydrocarbons thatcontained o-ethylmethylbenzene were complex and were mostly isomers,separation of mesitylene was difficult. Pseudocumene was converted tomesitylene with elimination of o-ethylmethylbenzene by isomerization.By means of precise distillation mesitylene was separated from thereaction mixture as much as possible with high purity. The separationprocess of mesitylene was simulated by the way of PROⅡ. The resultsshowed that high-pure mesitylene whose purity’s 98.97% and recycledpsedocumene whose purity’s 90.72% were attained in the three-towerprocess.The purity of mesitylene has exceeded the industrycriterion(≥98.5%). At the same time, recycle feed of pseudocumenemade the productive cost much lower. The once-through productivity ofmesitylene was up to 17.25%, and the total productivity was up to40.41%.The once-through conversion of pseudocumene reached 42.52%,and the total conversion was up to 99.63%. This new method ofproduction of mesitylene was theoretical and applicable.
