费托合成水相副产物的分离乙醇、丙醇分离部分

【摘要】 本课题的主要任务是对中科院山西煤化所的费托合成水相副产物进行分离。随着我国煤液化制合成油工艺技术的开发和工业化,从其水相副产物分离各含氧有机物产品是亟待解决的问题。本工作研究成果对过程的经济性和环境保护都具有十分重要的意义。本论文首先对水相副产物系的特点做了深入的剖析,提出了分离水相副产物全流程的构想。然后对其中部分流程,通过模拟软件ASPEN PLUS进行模拟,为实验塔的建立和实验方案的确定提供依据;通过改变参数的大量实验,得出最佳操作参数;最后将实验数据和模拟数据进行对比,证明了模型的可靠性,可应用于设计和指导生产。本论文完成了三个塔的实验和两个塔建模工作,适宜的设备和操作参数分别为:(1)乙醇分离塔:此塔的塔顶采出工业乙醇产品,塔釜为正丙醇、正丁醇和水。设备参数:回流比7:1、塔顶采出率0.58、塔高41块理论板、进料位置在塔中部。(2)丙醇提浓塔:塔顶得到脱除了部分水的正丙醇、正丁醇与水的混合物,塔釜为水。设备参数:采出率(D/F)为60%,脱水率60%,回流比0.4:1,塔高8块理论板,进料位置第4块板。(3)丙醇共沸精馏塔:采用环己烷作为共沸剂间歇精馏分离正丙醇和水。设备参数:塔高38块理论板,均相采出回流1:1,共沸剂和持液量的最小质量比为0.22。对于这三个塔,实验数据和用NRTL模型的模拟结果吻合均较好。

【Abstract】 Techniques to separate the outgrowth involving ethanol, 1-propanol, 1-butanoland water from the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were studied in this thesis. An optimalprocess for the separation and purification of the alcohols has been proposed. It issignificant in industrialization of liquefied coal to synthesis-oil.Firstly, the feature of the outgrowth of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis was analyzed toput forward a preliminary scheme. Then, a math-model was created and the processwas simulated using the ASPEN PLUS software to get parameters for setting up adistillation assembly. Three thermodynamic models (Wilson, NRTL, UNIQUAC)were tested for modeling the system. Finally, optimal operating parameters wereobtained from experiments.The experiments were conducted using three distillation columns. Theexperimental results and the simulations have been shown that the NRTL model is thebest one comparing to the others and that the optimal parameters are as follows.(1)The top sample of the ethanol separate column is the ethanol production. Thebottom sample is the mixture of 1-propanol, 1-butanol and water. The column is 41theoretical stages and feed stage is 20. Operating parameters are reflux rate 7:1 andD/F is 58%. (2)The top sample of the 1-propanol concentrate column is the mixture of1-propanol, 1-butanol and water. The bottom sample is water. The column is 8theoretical stages and feed stage is 4. Operating parameters are reflux rate 0.4:1;D/Fis 60%. (3)The top samples of the batch azeotropic column vary with time. Water isfully separated in this column. The bottom sample is the mixture of 1-propanal and1-butenal. If the operation goes on, 1-propanal will be separated from the top of thecolumn. This column has 38 theoretical stages.
