基于特征的汽车同步器三维参数化CAD系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 CAD技术的广泛应用有效地提高产品与工程技术水平、降低消耗、缩短产品开发周期,成为大幅度提高劳动生产率和产品质量的重要手段。CAD技术及其应用程度已成为衡量一个国家科技现代化和现代制造业水平的重要标志。为推动制造业信息化发展,863计划现代集成制造系统技术主题设立了数字化设计与制造系统专题。在数字化设计与制造的过程中,首先要实现产品与工程的数字建模,而三维CAD作为产品信息的数据源头成为整个数字化设计制造系统的核心,因此研究基于特征的三维数字化建模技术,具有广泛的工程实际意义。本文着重研究了以下内容:1.研究了SolidWorks环境下汽车同步器产品中关键零件的精确造型。在SolidWorks环境下研究了渐开线齿形等三维造型技术难点,解决了结合齿圈等关键零件的精确造型问题,创建了关键件三维模型库。2.基于特征的参数化建模技术的研究。以参数化思想为指导,研究了基于特征的参数化建模方法,实现了关键件三维模型的自动生成;将基于特征的产品建模应用到三维特征模型中,为CAE/CAPP/CAM/PDM的集成奠定了基础。3.基于特征的新产品开发设计的研究。对不同类型的汽车同步器产品进行了细致的分析,建立了设计特征库,支持基于特征的产品设计开发。为企业提供了一种设计开发新产品的平台,加强了产品设计对特征的继承和再利用。4.深入研究了SolidWorks二次开发关键技术。采用面向对象的思想,利用SolidWorks的二次开发工具API和VB高级语言实现了用户应用程序与SolidWorks之间的无缝集成,开发了友好的用户界面。5.在上述理论和关键技术的支持下,开发了汽车同步器三维参数化CAD系统。该系统集成性好、数据传输快、实用性强。
【Abstract】 The wide application of CAD technology which improves the products andproject engineering level, lowers consumption, and shortens products developmentcircle effectively, becomes the important means to improve labor productivity andproduct quality by a large margin. The degree of CAD technology application hasbecome an important sign to weigh modernization of science and technology andlevel of modern manufacturing industry in a nation already. For driving themanufacturing informationlization, 863 plan the MIS technique topic has set up thesubject of digital designing and manufacturing system. In the course of digitaldesigning and manufacturing, first is to realize the digital modeling of product andengineering, while 3D is the core of whole MIS for it to become the productinformation’s data headstream, thus the research on 3D digitization modelingtechnology has the actual engineering significance.The major content of this paper is summed as follow:1. The accurate modeling of the key part in the automobile synchronizer productsis studied under SolidWorks. Technological difficult points of the three-dimensionalmodel have been studied such as the involute tooth shape, etc. under the environmentof SolidWorks, the accurate modeling of the key part such as combined tooth has beensolved and 3D model database of key parts has been set up.2. To study parameterization modeling technology based on feature. Regardingparameterization thought as guidelines, parameterization modeling method based onfeature has been studied and the automatic generation of 3D model of key parts hasbeen realized. After applying the modeling of products based on feature to thethree-dimensional feature model, the foundation of CAE/CAPP/CAM/PDM has beenestablished.3. To study development of new products based on feature. Have carried oncareful analysis to the different kinds of automobile synchronizer products, the featurestorehouse of designing has been set up and it could support the product design anddevelopment based on feature. A kind of new platform of product design anddevelopment has been offered for enterprise and inheriting and reusing feature ofproduct design is strengthened.4. Further research on key technology of secondary development of SolidWorks.Adopting the thought of object-oriented and making use of the secondary developingtools API and VB, the close integration between application program and SolidWorkswas realized and friendly client interface was developed.5. Supported by above-mentioned theories and key technology, thethree-dimensional parameterization CAD system of automobile synchronizer hasdeveloped. This system has good integration, rapid data transmission and strongpracticability.
