ECU可靠性试验方法及设备的研究开发

【摘要】 节能与环保日益成为社会发展的主题,摩托车燃油电子控制喷射系统改造传统的化油器供油系统已经成为不可逆转的趋势。在摩托车电喷系统研发成功之后并实现量产之前,系统的可靠性研究摆在了迫切的位置。作为电喷系统中核心部件之一的电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit:ECU)是整个电喷系统的大脑,它的可靠性更是重中之重。本文首先对电子控制设备的可靠性工程做了研究,并结合科研项目可利用资源,针对FAI电喷系统中的ECU的特点,包括软件、硬件,提出了可靠性试验方法和思路,并架构了整体可靠性试验方案。针对ECU可靠性试验方案,开发了ECU老化检测设备以及数据采集系统,最后进行ECU可靠性试验分析研究,测定了ECU的可靠性。本文的工作主要分为四个阶段。第一阶段,分析FAI电喷系统ECU的特点,通过模拟实际车辆的环境,研发了ECU老化检测设备,实现了ECU的自动检测与老化,成为ECU的研发和量产检测的试验平台,并为ECU数据采集系统提供了数据平台。第二阶段,利用CAN总线实现ECU老化检测设备和计算机之间的底层数据通讯,将90个ECU老化单元中ECU运行参数逐一收集起来传送给计算机。第三阶段,利用Microsoft公司的Visual Basic和SQL Server设计计算机界面软件,该软件有着丰富的界面控制,强大的后台数据库支持和数据处理,使得对ECU可靠性数据的处理变得非常快捷直观。第四阶段,利用本套ECU数据采集系统制定ECU可靠性试验方案,对ECU进行老化检测,通过不断的可靠性增长试验和测定试验,不断地改进ECU方案,使得ECU可靠性水平大大提高。试验结果表明,ECU的可靠性试验方案是行之有效的,能够准确快速的筛选出早期失效产品,以及长时间的寿命老化试验,能够测定验证ECU的平均寿命。本套ECU可靠性数据采集系统是稳定可靠的,能够满足可靠性试验方案的要求,为进一步ECU可靠性工程研究奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 Energy saving and environment protecting have became the society themeincreasingly. So the electronic fuel injection (EFI) system is doomed to replacethe traditional carburet in the motorcycle. The system’s reliability has been put onan urgent schedule after the FAI engine management system (EMS) had beendeveloped successfully. As the core component of the EMS, ECU is the brain ofthe system. So the ECU’s reliability is the most important part in the FAI systemreliability engineering.Firstly, this paper researched the electronic control instrument reliabilityengineering. Then reliability test method and solution was proposed based on theECU’s character, considering the project available resource. The ECU ageing testapparatus and data collecting system were manufactured. Finally we did someECU reliability experiences, analysis research and the MTTF determination.This work was conducted in four phases. Firstly, ECU ageing test apparatushas been developed by simulating motorcycle environment based on the analysisof the ECU. It realized the automatic test and ageing function, which became theR&D and mass-produce test bed. It also provided a data resource for the ECUdata collecting system. Secondly, ECU ageing test apparatus and the computerwas linked by using the CAN-Bus. The ECU run parameters in the ageing testapparatus can be sent to the computer through CAN-Bus. And then we designedthe data system windows software with Visual Basic and SQL Server of Microsoft.This software has so strong database and data processing function that the ECUreliability data management becomes so easy. Finally, by using this ECU datasystem, this paper had done some reliability experiences, which helped improvethe ECU design and heighten the ECU reliability.The experience result showed that the ECU reliability solution is effective. Itcould filtrate the early failure products immediately, age and test the ECU for longtime, and determine the MTTF of ECU. The ECU reliability data collectingsystem is reliable and it accord with the demand of reliability test solution.Furthermore, this system established a good ground for the advanced ECUreliability research engineering.
