【摘要】 文章以中国传统民居——庭院为研究对象,对我国民间住宅的发展历程,院落空间的起源、分布情况、序列关系、特征及其精神含义进行了分析和探究;同时对现代民居的发展趋势和现代人对居住空间的需求进行了理念上的分析。从而提取传统民居的空间元素——“廊”和“院”作为现代民居设计的重心元素,构想了一个城市楼房单元套间的新户型模式——三合院式的敞厅住宅,它是把传统院落空间与现代住宅结合的新方案。这方案通过不同的组合方式使每户均能享有一至两个庭院空间,甚至在每户建筑面积控制在100—109m2以内的面积里,还可把每户空间通过对开交错组合,设计出一个两层高的三合院式的新空间。这样的三合空间取代了起居厅,成为家庭活动的核心部分。而且该户型的空间层次变化丰富,从户外到户内可以有7个层次的空间变化。从一个平面上看,这三合敞厅酷似传统的三合院,只是顶上没有敞开而已。在这个有廊有厅的空间里,家人不但能沐风听雨,还可种花种草,养鱼养鸟、休闲和健身,真可以说是一个集“入户花园”、“景观阳台”、“空中廊院”为一体的全新组合,这正是酷爱自然,而身居闹市,对自然力和自然景观有迫切需求感的现代人的理想住宅。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article studies the Chinese traditional residences, especially all kinds ofcourtyards. Including their proses of development the originations, distributions andarrangements. It valse analyses the characteristics of the courtyard and their spiritmeanings. The article proper theoretically analyses the developing trend of modernresidence, requirements of residence space for the modern people. The designerextracts the elements of traditional residence’s space corridors and courtyards as themain part of modern residence design.The article has drawn up a new style of apartments of buildings in cities thecompound residence with houses from three directions around the courtyard. This is anew design in which traditional courtyard space and modem residence become onewith.This design makes each family have 1-2 courtyard spaces by differentcombination. Even each flat of which built-up area is under the control of 100-109m2has a two-stories high new space that forms three directions around, by a staggeredcombination. This kind of new space replace the living room with the courtyard andbecome central part of a family, and this kind of space has much more changes. It hasseven different spaces from outdoor to the farthest indoor.Seen from a plane, This three-direction open hall seems the flat with threedirections’ houses around while its top is closed. In this space with porch and hall.You can not only enjoy the breeze and listening to the sound of drizzle, but alsoplant grass and flowers, raise birds and fish. You can have a leisure life and keep fithere.
