向家坝水电站大坝浇筑施工方案仿真分析与优化设计

【摘要】 向家坝水电站是金沙江下游最末一个梯级电站,是特大型水利工程。其大坝混凝土施工是控制整个向家坝水电站工期的关键项目,施工程序较复杂,混凝土施工方案的选择直接影响整个工程的施工工期、投资等。大坝混凝土方量约800×104m3,分两期施工,总工期为66个月,施工机械涉及到缆机、塔带机、门塔机、胎带机,因此,对施工方案进行优化设计,快速、准确、可靠地提供不同方案下大坝混凝土浇筑的阶段性形象面貌、整体工期、施工强度及机械效率等对于方案比选及施工组织设计具有很重要的指导意义。施工方案的比较论证主要体现在不同机械的配套选型上。以往在制定和论证混凝土坝施工方案和施工进度时,常用类比法,即根据国内外同等类型工程,按坝体月上升高度、混凝土浇筑高峰强度等指标来拟定施工进度和总工期。计算机仿真技术为大坝混凝土施工过程的研究开创了新的方法,使浇筑施工参数分析和选择从凭施工经验和模拟分析进入到施工过程仿真试验、施工参数数值分析、施工方案优化比较等科学领域,从而大大的减少了技术人员的计算强度,缩短了施工方案的比选时间,提高了计算精度。本文在对混凝土坝浇筑施工系统分析的基础上,结合计算机仿真技术,对向家坝水电站大坝施工进行了多方案的比选及优化设计。首先,本文对向家坝水电站大坝混凝土施工系统进行了分析,大坝混凝土施工系统由混凝土拌和子系统、混凝土运输子系统和混凝土浇筑子系统三个子系统构成,系统在一定的规则及约束条件下运行直至大坝混凝土浇筑完毕。其次,本文对向家坝水电站大坝混凝土施工拟采用的机械进行了研究分析。对同类型机械在其他工程中的应用进行了介绍,并根据本工程的实际情况,拟定了五个浇筑施工方案。对各个施工方案进行计算机模拟计算后,通过对各个方案的计算结果的分析,论述了每个方案的优缺点,最后进行了方案比选,并提出了方案优化的建议。
【Abstract】 Xiangjiaba hydropower station is located in the downstream of the Jinsha Riverand is the last one among the hydropower cascades on the Jinsha River. The dam ofXiangjiaba with the complex construction process is the critical point of the wholeproject, the construction scheme of which is related to the investment and theschedule of the whole project. The volume of dam’s concrete is 8M m3 and theschedule is 66 months. Cable crane, Towerbelt crane, Portal crane and Tirebelt craneare involved. The optimization design of the construction scheme is important to theorganization and design of construction.The analysis of the scheme of dam construction concentrates mostly on theresearch on the combination of different cranes. The analogy method, namely makingthe plan by means of the experience of the other projects, is often adopted in thisprocess. Computer simulation of dam concrete construction system, which combinedHydraulic Project construction with modern compute methods ways, turned into thescientism field, such as simulation experimentation of construction process, numericalvalue analysis of construction parameter, optimization of construction scheme.The optimization of the dam construction schemes is researched based on thesystem analysis of the dam construction of Xiangjiaba hydropower station combinedwith computer simulation in this paper.The dam construction system of Xiangjiaba hydropower station consists ofproducing concrete, transporting concrete and pouring concrete. The system will rununder some restriction until the dam reach the top. Next the involved cranes areresearched and five schemes of dam construction are made. The five schemes areanalyzed with computer simulation and the optimized scheme is presented.
