玻璃纤维增强石膏板墙体的L形节点试验研究及有限元分析

【摘要】 国民经济的快速发展和消费市场的变化使得居民住宅成为新的消费热点,用新的墙体材料代替以往的粘土砖类材料是建材工业结构调整的重要内容。自2002年11月中国首次提出“绿色建材”的概念以来,绿色建材的开发和应用就展示了其广阔的市场前景,同时也对建材产品提出了较高的要求,因而新型墙体材料的开发和应用应当十分注重其环境行为。用玻璃纤维石膏板制成的速成墙板正是这样一种绿色环保而且性能优良的新型墙体材料。本文主要对速成墙板灌注配筋混凝土的L形节点试件的基本抗震性能进行试验研究,试件数目为三个,分两组,一组配置箍筋(一个试件),另一组配置拉结筋(二个试件)。文章分析了试件在循环往复荷载作用下的试验过程和结果,研究了试件的破坏形态、承载能力、刚度退化、滞回曲线和耗能能力等,综合比较了两种配筋方式的试件的抗震性能,并利用非线性有限元软件建立有限元模型进行力学分析,将理论计算结果与试验结果相对照。分析结果表明,两种配筋形式试件的试验结果基本接近,最终破坏都是剪切滑移破坏,承载能力相当,与普通砖墙的承载力对比表明其满足普通多层住宅房屋的使用要求,程序分析结果也比较吻合试验结果,这表明了试件在实际工程中的可行性。

【Abstract】 National economic’s rapid development and the change of consumer marketmake resident’s house become a new hot consumption spot,and replacing the pastchamotte with new wall material is a term of important content of industrialrestructuring .Since China puts forward the concept of “green building materials” forthe first time in November of 2002, wide market prospects has been shown on thegreen building materials’development and use.And at the same time ,higher requeston building materials products has also been proposed.Therefore,we should pay greatattention to the new-type wall material’s environmental behavior on its developmentand use.Rapid wall made of fiber-reinforced plasterboard is exactly this newmaterial,which is environmental-protected and of good performance. This article primarily researches on the three L-shape connectionspecimens’basic seismic performance.These specimens are made of rapid wallmaterial with steel and concrete poured in.They are divided to two groups,onedisposed with hoop reinforcement(one specimen ),the other disposed with bindingsteel(two specimens).This article persents the experimental processs and results ofthese specimens under cyclic loading.Failure pattern,bearing capacity,rigiditydegeneration,hysteresis curves and energy dissipation etc.are studiedsystematically.And the seismic performance of the two kinds of specimens is alsocompared synthetically.And the method of nonliner finite-element anslysis software isalso applied to analysis their stress by setting up a practical mechanic model .Theresults of the calculation will be contrasted with that of the test. The results of analysis indicate that the two kinds of reinforcing bars arefundamentally similar in the test.They are finally destroyed by shearing andslipping,and their bearing capacities are almostly equal. The consequence ofcomparison to ordinary multi-floor bricking-up’s bearing capacity indicates that thespecimens are satisfied with operating requirements.So they can be used in thepractical project.
