群桩基础独立桩式平台结构分析研究

【摘要】 我国有漫长的海岸线,沿海大陆架的石油资源储量非常丰富,其中滩海边际油田占总量的40%。如何以较低的成本,较短的工期、较小的建造难度来开发出适用于滩海油田的简易平台,是近些年来海洋工程界关心的热点之一。独桩平台作为简易平台的一种类型,已经广泛用于黄海海域部分滩海油田的开发。独桩平台建造周期短、用钢量少,有较好的发展前景,但平台在恶劣的海况环境下,上部结构晃动幅度过大,不但影响了正常作业,还存在安全隐患。本文的研究内容是改变独桩平台单一桩的基础形式,采用群桩基础独桩型式的模型结构,来达到控制平台上部的晃动,减小位移的目的。群桩基础独桩模式的海上平台属于桩基平台的范畴。本文研究了水平荷载下桩的工作性能,在已有的几种分析方法中选取了P-y曲线法来计算桩土间的相互作用,将分析结果应用于有限元软件ANSYS中的COMBIN39弹簧单元,实现了非线性的数值模拟,并利用ANSYS软件建立了平台的有限元分析模型。对平台在正常作业、极端波浪和极端海冰三种工况下进行了静力分析和瞬态动力学分析,得出了采用群桩基础的独桩平台在降低平台上部晃动,减小位移方面有着明显的优势的结论;同时研究结果还显示双桩基础的独桩平台在成本和建造难度上比三桩基础的平台更具有优势,是较为理想的平台结构模式。本文的研究成果对于我国滩海简易平台的发展有着重要的实用价值。

【Abstract】 There are long coastlines in our country. The petroleum resources reserves of thecoastal continental shelf are very abundant. Therefore, it is very important to find anappropriate platform structure pattern which can be applied to the beach oil fieldexploitation. One of the hot spots that the ocean engineering academia pay attention toin recent years is the minimum platform . This kind of platform has the traits of lowercost, shorter time of fabrication and smaller construction degree of difficulty.The single-pile offshore platform is one of types of the minimum platform. Theplatform has excellence on building cycle, few amount of steel used and have betterdevelopment prospects. But the top structure rocks too big when the platform is underthe environment of abominable sea state. This problem not only has influenced thenormal production but also has a potential safety hazard. The content of this paper isto change the single pile foundation of the single-pile platform, and adopt the modelstructure of a pattern with group piles foundation in order to control platform toprocking and reduce displacement.The single-pile platform with group piles foundation is a category of pilefoundation jacket platform. The paper has studied the work performance of pilebearing the level load,and chooses P-y curve law to calculate the pile-soilinteraction among the existing analytical methods. The nonlinear finite elementCOMBIN39 which is the spring elment of finite elment software ANSYS is adoptedto simulate the interaction between the pile and soil. The paper utilizes the software toset up the analyses model of platform. Under three service conditions,includingnormal and extrem wave and ocean current conditions,extrem sea-ice condition, thepaper calculates the statics and transient dynamics of the platform. On the basis ofresult,the paper concludes that the single pile platform with group piles foundationhas obvious advantange of the control of top structure rock and reduction ofdisplacement. The results also indicates that the double piles foundation platform ismore attractive and a comparatively ideal platform structure mode than three pilesfoundation according to cost and construction difficulty. The study of this text isimportant practical value to the development of the minimum platform of beach oilfield of our country.
