半空心铆钉自冲铆接工艺的研究

【摘要】 汽车的发展对汽车的经济性要求越来越高,而降低汽车自重是提高汽车经济性的重要措施之一。若要降低汽车自重,使用轻量化材料(如铝、塑料等)有很大的发展潜力; 而轻量化材料的连接又不能使用传统的焊接方法。本文探讨一种新的连接方法—半空心铆钉的自冲铆接工艺。首先用试验探讨了半空心铆钉自冲铆接工艺的可行性。采用自行设计和加工的模具,自行设计和加工的3种规格的铆钉,采用WE-30万能材料试验机和自行配制的数据采集系统,对1mm铝+2mm铝、0.4mm黄铜+2mm铝、1mm铝+1mm铝、0.4mm黄铜+1mm铝和2mm铝+2mm铝5种板料组合方案进行了试验和测试。测出了铆接过程中的行程—铆接力的关系曲线; 对铆接的效果进行了分析和评价; 找出了影响铆接质量的因素; 提出了为取得良好铆接质量而设计的修正方案。其次,分别利用DEFORM和MSC.SUPERFORM两个数值模拟软件对铆接过程进行了数值模拟,将两个数值模拟软件的模拟结果与试验结果进行了比较; 由此看出,MSC.SUPERFORM模拟软件,无论是前处理过程,还是计算速度以及与试验结果的逼真度,都远优于DEFORM,因此,采用MSC.SUPERFORM软件更适合于模拟自冲铆接工艺。本文还对自冲铆接工艺进行参数化的数值模拟进行了探索。本课题的研究填补了国内研究的空白。
【Abstract】 Fuel economy is a everlasting issue of the automotive industry.Lightweight of the auto-mobile is one of the important measures.The application of lightweight materials (such as aluminum and plastic etc) is expected to show significant effect on reducing the weight of automobiles. Lightweight materials are generally not suitable to resistance spot welding. In this paper, a new joining approach---self-piercing riveting of half-hollow rivets,is investiga-ted. Firstly, the feasibility of self-piercing riveting of half-hollow rivets was experimentally validated. In the experiments, five kinds of specimens (1-mm thick aluminum for 2-mm thick aluminum, 0.4-mm thick brass for 2-mm thick aluminum,1-mm thick aluminum for 1-mm thi-ck aluminum,0.4-mm thick brass for 1-mm thick aluminum,and,2-mm thick aluminum for 2-mm thick aluminum) were tested on a WE-30 testing machine with data collection system, dies and 3 kinds of rivets were developed by ourselves . Displacement-load curve in the rivet-ing process were obtained, and the test results are analyzed and evaluated. Factors affecting the riveting quality are analyzed and an amended scheme to acquire high-quality riveting res-ults is proposed. Secondly, numerical simulations are performed using DEFORM and MSC.SUPERFO-RM software to simulate the riveting process separately. Comparing the simulating results with the experimental results, it can be concluded that MSC.SUPERFORM is prior to DEFORM in pre-processing and calculating speed. The simulating results of MSC.SUPERF-ORM are agreed to the experimental results .It is feasible to use MSC.SUPERFORM to simulate the riveting process. Finally, parametric modeling scheme of self-piercing riveting of half-hollow rivets is put Forward.
