NGW-S型行星齿轮减速器CAD系统参数化设计的研究

【摘要】 本文根据NGW-S型行星齿轮减速器的特点,建立了体积最小的目标函数,在约束条件中综合考虑齿轮的弯曲强度与接触强度。利用C++bulider编程进行优化设计与Pro/ENGINEER中的relation进行NGW-S型行星齿轮减速器设计计算,应用专业建模软件Pro/ENGINEER进行特征建模和参数化设计,开发了NGW-S型行星齿轮减速器的零件特征模型及装配体模型,实现了NGW-S型行星齿轮减速器的参数化设计和装配设计与分析,达到了设计计算与产品模型的无缝结合。本文开发了一套集设计计算、建模、装配仿真为一体的NGW-S型行星齿轮减速器的CAD系统,对提高NGW-S型行星齿轮减速器的设计效率和设计水平具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristic of NGW-S type planetary gear reducer, the objective function whose volume is the smallest is put up. In the restrained condition, the principle of equal-strength is taken to our mind that makes the gear bent strength and contact strength to be considered comprehensively.The system has accomplished design compute through C++bulider program language for NGW-S type planetary gear reducer, accomplished Feature Modeling of most of parts of NGW-S type planetary gear reducer used the Feature Modeling technology of Pro/ENGIEER software on the research object of NGW-S type planetary gear reducer, realized the parametric design and assembly design of NGW-S type planetary gear reducer, thus has realized design calculation and product model combines with nothing seam. The task work has developed one set of NGW-S type planetary gear reducer CAD’s system of collection design, model building, assembly animation and possesses the important meaning to raise the design standard of the NGW-S type planetary gear reducer.
