纯铜、黄铜多元共渗及热处理工艺研究

【摘要】 本文利用粉末包埋法对纯铜进行铝、锰、铁多元共渗,对黄铜分别进行单元渗铝和铝、锰、铁多元共渗。对纯铜和黄铜的共渗工艺过程、渗层的组织特征以及渗层的形成机理进行了详细的研究; 对纯铜渗后及渗后热处理试样和黄铜渗后试样分别进行了硬度、抗腐蚀性能和摩擦磨损性能的测试,并对纯铜渗后及渗后热处理试样进行了高温抗氧化性能测试。研究结果表明:纯铜经多元共渗后,氧化速率常数Kp比纯铜小一个数量级,相对耐磨性比纯铜提高了4.8倍,在硫酸、盐酸及氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀深度均比纯铜减少了50%以上; 渗后试样经热处理后,高温抗氧化性、耐磨性及耐蚀性得到了进一步提高,其中固溶直接深冷试样各方面的性能好于其它工艺试样。黄铜经多元共渗后,粘着磨损耐磨性是渗前的11.2倍,在三种腐蚀液中的腐蚀深度均降低了30%以上。
【Abstract】 In this paper, Al-Mn-Fe multi-element penetration has been carried on copper, power aluminized and Al-Mn-Fe multi-element penetration have also been carried on brass respectively. The process of co-penetration, layer micro-structure and diffusion mechanism were investigated in details. The hardness, the corrosion resistance and the friction wear properties were studied on penetrated copper, heat treated samples and penetrated brass. The high temperature oxidation resistance of penetrated copper and heat treated samples were investigated. The experiment results show that after multi-element penetration, the oxidation rate of copper is almost reduced 10 times, relative abrasive resistance is 4.8 times that of copper, the corrosion depth is reduced more 50%. The high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of multi-element penetration have got improved further after heat treatment, The properties of solution cryogenic directly and ageing sample is better than others. The properties of multi-element penetrated brass are better than aluminized brass. The abrasive resistance of multi-element penetrated brass is 11.2 times of brass and the corrosion depth is reduced more 30% in three solutions.
