【摘要】 信息共享主要是为了数据的再次利用提供方便,而为了能实现信息共享,最需要的是要有统一的数据标准。即对数据进行预处理,来达到信息共享的规范和规程。本文的研究目的就是对要求共享的数据进行预处理,使之在符合国家颁布的法律规范的基础上,制定出所实习单位自己的数据处理规范规程。本文系统地阐述了从数据的来源、分析、检查、转换到数据入库的全过程,根据数据共享的要求提出了有可能存在的问题,并对这些问题进行了分析、研究,提出了解决方案。在实践过程中以某城市的地形数据为例,用面向对象的编程语言VISUAL BASIC编写了各个模块。最后对建立符合生产单位的大比例尺入库数据的预处理提出了自己的几点认识,并对数据预处理的进一步工作提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The function of information sharing is to offer convenience for making use of the data , in order to achieve mutual-possessing data , the best required is the consolidated data standard , that is , making the data match the established rules and standard .The studying purpose of the paper is to handle data before the data used by every kind of section .We regard the national rules and standard as the foundation , and make own detail rules and standard . The article systematically expound the entire course from the resource of the data , analysis , checking over , switching to entering database ,According to the rules and standard ,we put forward the exited problems and analysis, research them and get the solution of the problems . During the practicing , we use the certain city data as the example ,and compile some modules . At last , we expound some recognition about how to deal with topographical data of entering database .更多还原
