EMI滤波器平面磁集成结构的研究

【摘要】 本文针对目前电子设备向“小、薄、轻”方向的发展趋势,又根据市 场上分立的.EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)电源滤波器由于其自身所 带有的寄生参数和布线的寄生参数所引发的一些高频问题,提出了 EMI 电源滤波器的平面磁集成结构。通过引入平面磁集成 LC 结构,利用平面 磁集成技术来提高 EMI 电源滤波器的高频性能。本文主要通过对电源传导 EMI 的传播途径的介绍,即差模和共模噪声传播路径的介绍,引入 EMI 电 源滤波器在开关电源中的应用。通过分析不同的寄生参数对于 EMI 电源滤 波器高频性能的影响,提出了 EMI 电源滤波器的平面磁集成结构。并对于 提高磁集成 EMI 电源滤波器高频性能的三个方面进行了研究:1)减小等 效的并联寄生电容(Equivalent Parallel Capacitance—EPC);2)减小等效 的串联寄生电感(Equivalent Series Inductance—ESL);3)提高其自身的高 频损耗。通过分析和仿真验证了这三方面对于提高系统结构的有效性。最 后提出了 EMI 电源滤波器设计结构参数及模型,并对所设计的结构进行了 仿真验证。
【Abstract】 Following the trend of small, thin, and light for developing of the electronic device at the present time, and the high frequency problems of discrete device of the EMI filter ,which caused by the parasitic parameter of the EMI filter arid the parasitic parameter of the layout, this paper present the planar integrated magnetic structure of EMI filter ,by introducing the structure of the planar integrated magnetic LC ,and uses the technique of the planar integrated magnetic to improve the performance of the EMI filter .By means of the instruction of the propagation path of the conductive EMI noise, including the instruction of the propagation path of the Common Mode(CM)noise and the Different Mode(DM) noise , it introduced the use of the EMI filter .For the sake of improving the high frequency performance of the EMI filter , it analysis the influence of the different on the EMI filter ,making three aspects research of improving the performance of the high frequency performance of the EMI filter: 1) reduce the equivalent parallel parasitic capacitance (EPC) 2) reduce the equivalent series parasitic inductor(ESL) 3)increase the high frequency loss. Through the analysis and emulation, it verified the validity the structure .At last it present the parameter of the design structure and the model, and making the emulation of the design structure.
