基于SC1128低压电力线载波抄表系统的研究

【摘要】 目前,国内外民用低压电力线载波通信系统仍然存在许多问题。如现有的抄表系统在使用中抄表率均未能达到100%和准时的要求。本文旨在利用低压电力供电网络低成本高可靠的特性,研究出一种适合我国的低压电力线载波抄表系统。本文对电力载波通信媒介低压电力线信道特性做了较全面的分析,提出了一种基于扩频理论的低压电力线载波抄表系统,即扩频载波通信芯片SC1128在低压电力线通信上的应用,完成了点对点的通信实验系统的设计、制作和调试。为了使系统在实际的环境下通信,以便更好地调试系统的各相关的参数,将通信系统应用到智能热流量表数据传输系统。从系统的通信效果来看,本系统有较高的抗干扰,抗信号衰减的能力, 系统可达到较远的传输距离,同时由于通信系统的关键部件SC1128(扩频/解扩芯片)是根据国内低压电力线特性而专门设计的,性价比高,这些都有利于系统在做进一步的完善后在国内自动抄表行业内的推广。

【Abstract】 At present, the low power line carrier communication system of the domestic and foreign civil still has many problems. Such as the Meter Reading systems in the use all are not can achieve 100% and the punctual request. This article is for the purpose of using the low power line power supply network low cost, high reliable characteristic, studies one kind low power line carrier communication: Meter Reading systems, which suits our country’s low power line characteristic. This article made more overall comprehensive analysis to the electric power line carrier communication medium low voltage power line of force channel characteristic, Proposed power line carrier communication system, which bases on the spread spectrum communication, namely the application of spread spectrum communication chip SC1128 in the low voltage power line, initially completed the point-to-point communication experiment system design, the manufacture and the debugging. In order to cause the system to communicate under a more real environment, in order to debug systematic each related parameter better, appling the communication on the intelligence hot flow meter datum transmission system. Looks from the system communication effect, this system has a higher antijamming, the anti-signal weakens ability, the system can achieve a farther transmitting range, simultaneously because the communications system essential part SC1128 (Spread Spectrum / solution expand chip) is specially designed according to the domestic low power line characteristic, the performance price is high, these are all advantageous to the system’s promotion.
