【摘要】 随着控制、计算机、通信、网络等技术的发展,信息交换沟通的领域正在迅速覆盖从工厂的现场设备到控制、管理的各个层次。信息技术的飞速发展,引起了自动化系统结构的变革。现场总线(Fieldbus)就是顺应这一形式发展起来的新技术。现场总线是当今自动化领域技术发展的热点之一,被誉为自动化领域的计算机局域网。它的出现,标志着工业控制技术领域又一个新时代的开始,并将对该领域的发展产生重要影响。DeviceNet总线是一种开放式的现场总线。它是基于CAN技术的设备级通讯网络,具有低成本、高可靠性、实时性以及设备级自诊断的特点,为工业底层设备互联提供了一个性能卓越的解决方案。将这些特点与模糊控制算法相结合,又进一步提高了网络控制系统的控制性能及可靠性。论文的主要内容:现场总线的通信协议模型及几种著名现场总线的介绍; DeviceNet现场总线的结构及其应用层协议; 模糊控制系统; DeviceNet网络实验平台的搭建及实验数据采集; 硬件电路设计、开发及相应的软件开发。通过对DeviceNet协议的理解及所采集到数据的分析,完成DeviceNet接口软件和硬件的开发。开发的节点采用双CPU结构,其中一块CPU用于实现DeviceNet接口,另外一块CPU用于实现模糊控制算法。

【Abstract】 Information exchange is covering all the sections ranging from local devices to control and management with several technologies’ developing,such as control, computer, communication, network technology. Information technology’s rapid development results in the innovation of auto-control system architecture. Fieldbus is a new technology corresponding to its development. Nowadays fieldbus is one of the highlights in auto-control technology development. It is titled as computer LAN in auto-control field. It symbolizes a starting-point of new age of control technology and definitely prompts important influence to auto-control’s development. DeviceNet is an open-style fieldbus based on CAN technology. Low cost, high reliability, real time, device self-diagnostic are all its features, so it can provide high-quality solution for communication between local low-level devices. Incorporating Fuzzy algorithm, the control quality and reliability of the network control system is enhanced. The main contents of this paper: Fieldbus communication protocol model and introduction to several prominent fieldbuses; DeviceNet architecture and its application layer protocol; fuzzy control algorithm; construction of DeviceNet experimental platform and data acquisition; hardware circuit design, exploration and software exploration; By the perspective of DeviceNet protocol and analysis of collected data, complete the exploration of hardware and software interface. The explored node utilizes duplicate CPU configuration, and one of the two realizes the fuzzy algorithm.
