串联盘式管道连续输送机的虚拟设计及其实验研究

【摘要】 串联盘式管道连续输送机是一种新型的散料输送设备,它能满足对环境要求很高的输送任务,而且所占空间小,效率高,运输成本低; 它解决了粉体机械输送中重质粉料远距离输送的难题。“虚拟设计+实验研究”综合设计法是集“动态设计、可视化设计、结构分析理论+实验研究”的优点,以提高产品总体质量为目标的先进设计方法。对输送机传动系统的静力学和运动力学进行分析,推导出牵引链条的速度及加速度变化规律; 在链运行方向和振动方向创新的运用波动理论和弦振动理论,分别推导出其横向和纵向的固有频率,找到牵引机构的共振点。并利用离散化的方法建立了串联盘式管道连续输送机传动系统在无阻尼情况下的动力学模型。利用“虚拟设计+实验研究”综合设计方法,对串联盘式管道连续输送机进行了可视化设计。建立了串联盘式管道连续输送机的三维可视化模型,在三维模型下对零件进行了有限元分析和模态分析,并在虚拟可视化的环境下,对串联盘式管道连续输送机的整体工作性能进行分析、评价和修改,以实现其装配过程可视化; 将所设计的串联盘式管道连续输送机在仿真软件中进行虚拟运动仿真,以实现其工作过程的可视化。利用“虚拟设计+实验研究”综合设计方法,对串联盘式管道连续输送机进行了实验研究,设计加工出了实验样机; 设计出了驱动轮扭矩测量仪,实现了在输送系统运转过程中扭矩的在线测量。因此利用“虚拟设计+实验研究”综合设计方法,以串联盘式管道连续输送机为研究对象进行研究具有重要的理论意义及应用价值。
【Abstract】 The continuous conveyer of disc-tube assembly is a new type for way of bulk solids’ transportation. It can’t only meet the transport task of high demand to the environment, with by taking a small less space, higher efficiency and lower cost; but also solve the difficult problem of long distant transportation for heavy powder material. The “Virtual Design and Experiment Study” synthesis design method is centralizing the advantage of “Dynamic Design, Visual Design and Scenario for Structure”, The method is very advanced with its aim to improve the product’s general quality. Through the analysis of static and danamic force in the driving system of the conveyer, it comes to a conclude it concludes laws about the laws of the velocity and acceleration in driving chain . In the direction of running and libration, we innovatly use the theory of fluctuation and string-libration, conclude the inherent frequency of x-direction and y-direction, and find the resonance point of the driving system. Besides, the dynamic model in driving system of the conveyer is established with through scattered method on no damping occasion. Visual design of the continuous conveyer of disc-tube assembly has been carried on with the method of “Virtual Design +Experiment Study”. The visual model of three-dimension of the conveyer has been set up. The finite element analysis and modal analysis of some parts have been made under the three-dimension model. To realize the visual process of the assembly, the analysis, appraise and amendment of the whole working performance of the conveyer have been carried on.And to realize visualization of the working process, the virtual movement emulation of the conveyer has been used in the emulation software. Making use of the “Virtual Design and Experiment Study” synthesis design method, we have carried on the experiment study of the continuous conveyer of disc-tube assembly, designed and manufactured the prototype to the conveyer. The torsion measuring system of drive wheel has been designed based on the prototype. And we succeeded in realizing measure online. Therefore, the research on the continuous conveyer of disc-tube assembly has important meaning in the theory and great value in application by making full use of the “Virtual Design and Experiment Study” synthesis design method.
