基于OPC技术的工业控制网络实验室信息集成系统

【摘要】 随着综合自动化技术的飞速发展,大多数工业企业对控制系统的要求不仅仅是单纯的完成控制任务,对通讯、管理等各个方面提出越来越高的要求,即实现企业的管控一体化。而企业内的信息集成则是实现管控一体化的关键,但是在异构系统的集成过程中,由于特定厂家控制系统彼此之间协议的不兼容,以及控制网络和信息网络所采用的协议标准的不一致,导致了难以实现底层异构系统间以及控制系统与信息系统间的数据直接交换。通过建立一组符合工业控制要求的接口规范,OPC技术为实现企业各个层次的信息集成和信息共享提供非常有利的条件。OPC规范使应用软件可以高效稳定地对硬件设备或控制系统进行数据存取,从而实现了企业从设备层到管理层的全面信息集成。本文以工业控制网络实验室为研究对象,并结合以管控一体化为目标的企业综合自动化体系结构,探讨了工业控制网络实验室系统的几种信息集成方案,着重研究了OPC技术在网络实验室信息集成系统中的应用,其主要内容和成果如下: (1)研究了网络实验室系统横向的信息集成,即采用OPC技术来连接与扩展网络实验室底层的异构系统。依据OPC规范的客户机/服务器模式,本文开发了OPC客户端数据交互平台,来连接底层异构系统的OPC服务器和获得系统的实时运行数据,解决了PLC、DCS等控制系统的开放性问题,从而实现了底层异构系统的互联、互通、互操作。(2)研究了网络实验室系统纵向的信息集成,即采用OPC技术和ADO数据存取技术,实现底层控制系统与上层管理系统实时数据库的信息集成。(3)探讨了工业控制网络实验室信息集成系统的软件体系,即信息集成系统基于双C/S结构,由数据采集端、中心服务器端和远程客户端三部分组成。然后,详细介绍了网络实验室三个层次的具体功能和实现方法,并对数据采集端和远程客户端进行了简单的测试,从而验证了网络实验室信息集成系统具有良好的数据集成性能。该系统的研究与开发,有利于实现网络实验室的统一管理和集中监控,并达到较好的实验教学效果; 同时,工业控制网络实验室系统所涉及到的信息集成技术,对于工业企业在实现管控一体化进程中解决信息集成的难题,具有一定的工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of general automation technology, most of industry enterprises require control system not only to achieve control mission, but also to make the realization of communication and management, that is computer integrated process system. And information integration of enterprise is the key to the CIPS, but the protocol of isomeric system is not compatible each other. What is more, the protocol standard between control network and information network is not consistent either. Therefore, it is difficult for different system to achieve direct data exchange in the process of system integration. By constructing the interface specification that accords with the requirement of industry control, the OPC plays a convenient role in the information integration and information share of the enterprises. It is the OPC that makes data access to device or control system efficiently and steadily. And the OPC can also provide an effective support for the integration of the field control level, the process management and the business management level in the enterprises. This paper takes industrial control network laboratory as a case study. According to the structure of general automation that is aimed at the integration of management and control, we describe several information integration schemes in the system of industrial control network laboratory. Then this paper makes a deep study on the application of OPC in information integration of the network laboratory. The main contents are as follows: The horizontal integration of network laboratory is discussed. According to the client/server model of OPC, the OPC client is designed to connect the OPC Server and access the real-time data of system. The openness problem of control system such as PLC, DCS is solved and the interconnection, the intercommunication and the interoperation of all kinds of isomeric system are achieved in this way. The vertical integration of network laboratory is discussed. The information integration between control system and information system is achieved by the OPC and ActiveX data objects. The software structure of network laboratory is discussed. Information integration system adopts double C/S structure and consists of data access, server and client. Then, specific function and implementation of three layers of network laboratory are described in detail. The test on the layer of data access and client is operated, which proves that the network laboratory system has a high performance in its information integration. The research and implementation on the information integration system can meet the demand of management and supervisory of network laboratory, and improve the experiment effect for teaching. The information integration technologies that are involved in the system of industrial control network laboratory have great engineering application worthiness while the enterprises need to solve the problems of information integration in the process of CIPS.
