基于三维CAD的可视化装配CAPP系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着各种先进制造技术的不断涌现,装配CAD/CAPP及其相关技术的研究已成为当今和未来研究的热点和发展方向。本文根据“十五”国家863现代集成制造系统技术的主题项目“基于三维CAD的CAPP”,研究和开发了基于三维CAD的可视化装配CAPP系统。本文在系统地研究装配CAD/CAPP的基本理论及其在国内外发展情况的基础上,根据装配CAD/CAPP系统集成的特点以及当前CAD技术的发展趋势,应用先进的虚拟制造技术、模糊数学理论和运筹学知识,对基于三维CAD的可视化装配CAPP系统的各个功能模块进行了详细的设计与研究,并在此基础上给出了系统的整体框架、体系结构及其实现方法。在整个系统的分析研究过程中,针对系统的具体情况,本文提出了一些比较行之有效的手段和方法,并在原型系统的开发过程中通过对齿轮减速器装配工艺设计的研究与开发加以证明和实现。在系统的开发过程中,应用了基于装配约束的零件可拆卸方向推理技术、装配干涉检查矩阵与算法、三维装配过程的几何推理技术、并行多层次演化算法的优化方法、三维装配仿真的图形几何变换方法等。这些新方法的成功应用使得该系统能将虚拟可视化技术和装配CAPP系统有机的融合在一起,也正是这些创新之处大大提高了系统的实际运行性能,从而真正实现产品的“三维可视化装配”。论文是在SolidWorks 2005平台上,成功地开发了基于三维CAD的可视化装配CAPP系统。该系统主要包括:三维参数化标准零件库的建立、三维装配信息的提取、三维装配工艺设计、三维可视化虚拟装配/拆卸机制、三维可视化装配过程优化及评价、齿轮减速器装配设计等六个功能模块,实现了基于计算机辅助设计的三维可视化装配工艺设计。综上所述,本文在较深入的研究了基于三维CAD的可视化装配CAPP系统的理论及关键技术基础上,开发了基于三维CAD的可视化装配CAPP系统,其研究成果将为三维可视化虚拟装配设计及制造的各项技术的全面开展提供了有力支持。
【Abstract】 Assembly CAD/CAPP and its relative technology have become hotspots and development trends with the coming of various advanced manufacturing technologies. As a part of national 863 Modern Integrated Manufacturing Systems project “CAPP Based on Three Dimensional CAD”, visual assembly CAPP system based on three dimensional CAD is studied and developed in this paper. On the basis of research on the basic theory of assembly CAD/CAPP and its development at home and abroad, according to the integration characteristic of assembly CAD/CAPP system and the current development trends of CAD technology, combining advanced visual manufacturing technology, fuzzy mathematics theory and operational research knowledge, this paper carries on the detailed design and research on visual assembly CAPP system based on three dimensional CAD, and presents its whole frame, structure and realized methods. In the analysis and research process of the overall system, some more effective methods are proposed in view of special details, and this system is proved and realized through assembly technology design of gear reducer. In the course of its development, this system mainly applies dismantable direction inference based on assembly restraint, assembly interference inspection matrix and algorithm, geometry inference technology based on three dimensional assembly process, optimized method based on parallel multi-level evolved algorithm, graph geometry transformation based on three dimensional assembly simulation and so on, which enhanced the actual performance of this system greatly. The successful application of these new methods enables this system to syncretize visual technology and assembly CAPP organically, thus realizes “three dimensional visual assembly” of products really. Visual assembly CAPP system based on three dimensional CAD is developed on the platform of SolidWorks2005. This system is made of such six models as three dimensional standard components storehouse establishment, three dimensional assembly information withdrawing, three dimensional assembly technological design, three dimensional visual assembly/disassembly technology, optimization and appraisal method based on three dimensional assembly process, assembly craft design of gear reducer. Thereby computer–aided visual assembly technology design based on three dimensional CAD is realized. In summary, visual assembly CAPP system based on three dimensional CAD is developed in the foundation of research on its essential technologies in this paper. And its research results will provide the powerful support for further and overall research on three dimensional visual assembly design and manufacturing.
