YL25Z智能轮胎压路机智能控制系统

【摘要】 轮胎压路机可以根据施工时具体情况和具体要求调节其轮胎气压,使其处于最佳工作状态,从而获得良好的压实质量,这使得轮胎压路机成为压路机系列上不可缺少的重要分支。随着时代的发展和科学技术的进步,以及施工质量要求的不断提高,尤其是表层质量要求的提高,压路机的智能化已成为一个发展趋势。本课题即是在这种背景下提出来的,它是子课题“智能轮胎压路机关键技术”的一部分,主要是以YL25Z智能轮胎压路机为对象,对其智能化的核心即控制系统进行研究和设计。 根据轮胎压路机功能需求和控制系统的开发要求,首先在借鉴国内外智能化压路机先进技术上的基础上,提出了控制系统的设计总体方案,针对压力机工作在温差大、振动强,并受泥水侵袭的环境,以CAN总线为基础,采用工程机械专用的EPEC 3G+CAN模块——EPEC2023控制器和EPEC2025显示器构建系统硬件,保证整个硬件系统具有较高的可靠性。然后根据所选用硬件的特点和功能,完成了轮胎气压自动控制系统方案的设计和气控元件的选型。最后,分别针对控制器和显示器进行了控制系统的软件详细功能设计,包括轮胎气压自动控制、工作状态实时监控和故障智能诊断等,并在PC机上模拟仿真了工作状态实时监控和故障智能诊断功能。 本文的研究可以为智能化压路机,以及具有类似智能化要求的工程机械或工程车辆提供设计参考。
【Abstract】 The Rubber-tyred pavement roller could be adjusted automatically according to actual construction conditions and requirements to ensure the best running state and high quality. So wheel roller becomes a very important branch of roller products. With the development of the science and technology and the construction requirements, the intelligence of roller has become a development trend. So the development of intelligent Rubber-tyred pavement roller was put on schedule. Under such a situation, the problem of this paper is posed as one of the key techniques in intelligent Rubber-tyred pavement roller to design the control system for the YL25Z-type roller.First, this paper uses the ripe domestic and foreign experience in intelligent pavement roller for reference and presents the overall plan of the control system according to the design requirements of the intelligent Rubber-tyred pavement roller. Contraposing the working environment with great difference in temperature, strong vibration and heavy mud, the control system in this plan based on CAN bus is constructed by EPEC 3G modules, including two EPEC2023 controllers and one EPEC2025 displayer. Then, the paper analyses the hardware features and gives the detail scheme of the tyre pressure control system and the model selection of gas control components. Finally, the software design is provided for controllers and displayer, including tyre pressure control system, real-time display of running status and intelligent fault diagnosis. In addition, the analog simulation is performed for real-time display of running status and intelligent fault diagnosis on PC.What is studied in this paper could be used for reference to design intelligent pavement roller and other engineering machinery or vehicles with similar intelligent requirements.
