【摘要】 随着信息产业与技术的发展,社会进步和企业发展的越来越依赖于信息化进程,信息化水平也是衡量国家和企业现代化程度的重要标志。纵观世界,当前已经成为社会信息化发展关键时期,民航总局作为国家经济发展中的一个重要部门,全面推进信息化是适应民航发展,建立起先进的民航信息化体系,带领建设全局的战略举措。 中国民航总局第二研究所是隶属民航总局空中交通管理局的科研院所转制型高新技术企业,根据民航二所信息化建设的需要,文章分析了现有的软硬件信息基础设施及研究所对科研、电子化办公、事务管理及网络安全等的业务需求,通过研究各种网络建设架构、办公自动化软件方案和业务模型、信息安全体系结构等,借鉴分析了一些目8订成熟的方案,本文提出了适合于民航二所的科研网建设方案.基础设施方面包括网络的接入和结构规划、信息服务器的设置、网络安全中的物理保障等;软件系统主要根据自动化办公和事务管理的需求来设计,因此通过分析业务功能,将划分为多个模块,以公文流转为主,运行于科研网之上。 论文以民航:二所的电子化建设为出发点,深入研究了普遍的信息化建设方案,对建设中网络接入和内部规划、软件结构设计、信息安全保障做了详细分析。可做为其他科研机构或企事业机关的重要参考,为信息化建设提供了一个良好的模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information industry and technology, society progress and enterprise development depend on the information-based process more and more , and the information development level is an important sign of modernized degree of country and enterprise. Make a general survey of the world , today has already become key period of development of society informationization, as one of important department of national economic development, CAAC’s informationization in an all-round way is adapting civil aviation development, set up the advanced information-based system of civil aviation, is an strategic action of building overall situation.The second research institute of CAAC is an high-tech enterprises transformed from the traffic bureau of CAAC , according to the needs of information construction of the second research institute of CAAC, the article has analyzed the existing software and hardware information infrastructure and business demand for scientific research , electronic official working , transaction management and online security ,etc, through studying various kinds of networking building up , office automation software scheme and business model, system structure of information safety ,etc, the article proposed research of the scientific net construction suitable for the second research institute of CAAC. Infrastructure include access and structure planning , establishment of the information server, physical guarantee in the online security etc. The design of software system is mainly according to the demands of automatic official working and transaction management, so by analyzing the business function , it will be divided into some modules the circulation of official document will be as a core, running on the scientific research network .The thesis takes the Electronic construction of the second research institute of CAAC as the starting point, studies the universal information construction plan, does the multi-analysis of the network access and the internal plan in the construction, the software structural design and the information safety control.更多还原
